The Forge World team will be showcasing Imperial Armour Volume 12: The Fall Of Orpheus for the first time at the Forge World Open Day 2013. Incredible displays of artwork and colour profiles, as well as proof copies of this exciting new campaign book, will be on display on the day, and we’ll be revealing more in our newsletters later this month.

Sunday 7th April will see us abandon our top-secret Manufactorum for our annual Open Day. The entirety of both the Forge World and Warhammer Forge design teams will be attending the Open Day, showcasing all manner of work-in-progress models and recent releases.
The Art and Book Design team will also be at there showcasing the process by which Imperial Armour books are created, and may even be seen working on artwork for future book projects on their advanced cogitator devices. The Forge World writers will be on hand to talk about the process of writing an Imperial Armour book, and the forthcoming Imperial Armour Volume 12: The Fall of Orpheus.
Our Sales stands will be packed with a huge selection of resin kits, books and modelling supplies, including some pre-release kits. The Open Day painting competition will again be judged by our Studio team, and all attendees can enter. Your entry should consist of a single Forge World model of any type, although we do advise that cabinet space may be limited. The prize, of course, is the prestigious Forge World Open Day trophy. We’ll also be running our Charity Titan Raffle, which is always incredibly popular. Tickets will be on sale throughout the day for a mere £1 each; all proceeds will be donated to Children In Need and the prize will be a complete mighty Imperial Reaver Titan.
The Open Day runs from 10am to 4pm and all the Warhammer World facilities are available throughout the day, especially Bugman’s Bar for breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.

Im Video kann man erkennen, dass das „Necronplattenstück“ offensichtlich fertig gestellt wurde und in Produktion ging.

Mal sehen, mit wie viel der ganze Spaß dann kosten wird. Insgesamt kann ich mich meinem Vorschreiber jedoch nur anschließen – die Necrons haben es bei FW echt nötig!
Und wieder zeigt Forgeworld das es die 40k Stimmung so transportiert wie es sein soll. Irgendwie entwickeln sie sich zum besseren GW. Keine prepupertäre Comicatmosphäre,
Teaser die wirklich Lust auf mehr machen und intakte Resinminiaturen.
Danke, weiter so und der Gedanke mir eine FW Armee wird Realität.

Wou, hoffentlich bedeutet das auch, dass da was fürs Todeskorps drin steckt, lechz.
Hab ich das richtig gesehen, das da auch zwei (ein tauflieger auf zwei bildern) Tau-flieger drin vor kamen
okay, waren keine taus, hab mich durch die bemalung täuschen lassen. War nur nen Storm Eagle
Hm, Forgeworld macht nen Halb-so-langen Trailer der 100x so Aussagekräftig ist, wie alle Trailer, die Mother GW für einen Codex fabriziert zusammen.
Forgeworld lässt doch den Letzten Funken Interesse an 40k und das Tabletop-Hobby nochma aufflackern… Es gefällt aufjeden fall SEHR, was die 50 Sekunden da bieten.
Liegt vielleicht aber auch daran, dass Forgeworld eigentlich nur an Endkunden liefert und kein Händler Rabatt bekommt 😉
Leider bestimmt wieder geiles Zeug, wie immer von Forgeworld, nur leider ist der Preis bestimmt auch wieder entsprechend ungeil…
