This rulebook features:

Hm. Karten. Naja, mal sehen, was das gibt. Bin mit der alten Auflage erst einmal glücklich. Aber gut aussehen tut das alles schon.
Wo du das gerade sagst, da muss ich an dieses neue Freebooters Spiel denken. Als negatives Gegenbeispiel. Die Regelbücher von Black Site Studios sind ein Augenschmaus, einfach rundherum rund. Das Artwork aussen und innen, das Seitenlayout, die Typo und so weiter. Ist einfach handwerklich sehr gut gemacht.
Ich versteh bei bestem Willen nicht wie es zu dem jetzigen Ergebnis von Ascending Fate gekommen ist. Man scheint da ja aber auch eher uneinsichtig und macht jetzt auf dem BK komisches negativ-Werbung alla „wir haben zwar nicht das beste Marketing, …“ … Kopfschüttel.
An sich hab ich Interesse, werde aber auf das PDF warten. Die Preise hier sind absurd
Das PDF ist mit knapp 30$ auch nicht ohne.
Im PDF ist die geistige Leistung enthalten und die muss bei einem kleinen Hersteller aus meiner Sicht erst recht honoriert werden.
Die werden mit den Regeln sowieso schon nicht reich werden.
Die Preise lassen sogar GW wie nen 1-€-Shop erscheinen, allerdings…
Schade, da bin ich raus. Sah sehr interessant aus, aber es gibt mittlerweise Systeme wie Sand am Meer und wer da mit solchen Kursen ankommt hat wohl eher schlechte Karten Käufer zu finden.
