Our second Weekend Teaser for May… Following the completion of all Marks based on the initial Churchill hull design, we are transitioning to the Mk VII — the second major redesign of the Churchill. The Mk VII featured a 75mm gun, was broader, and had significantly more armor (50 percent thicker at the front than the Tiger I) enabling it to endure substantial damage. Often referred to as the „Heavy Churchill,“ it was assigned the specification number „A42“ in 1945. The Mk VII debuted in the Battle of Normandy and was issued to three Royal Armoured Corps regiments in Western Europe, one in Italy, and to the 7th Royal Tank Regiment in Korea. A total of 1,600 units were produced.

  • Hab mal geschaut, bei den Großhändler bietet keine überhaupt einen Churchill von Rubicon an… 🙄

    • Das dürfte daran liegen das der Churchill von Rubicon bisher auch noch nicht veröffentlicht wurde
