September Preview + Roadmap
n September the Shadow Stalkers roll in with the fog as the Phantoms get up close and personal with a blade in every limb. The Fang Swarms creep out of every shadow to overwhelm their prey and the Blind Behemoth towers over it’s enemies like a dark angel. The last release for the High Elf Fleets is a big one starting with the aerial specialists, the Gliders. They soar in, dropping bombs along the way and blasting lasers at their enemies from a safe distance. The Elementals are huge fiery warriors who go into battle with guns as Protectors, or melee weapons as Strikers. The Great Elemental just a bigger version with a lot of weapon options and fire power.

September New Release
In September the Shadow Stalkers slip out of the mists with the Phantoms and the Phantom Champion. Their smoky and ethereal bodies allow them to traverse the battle unburdened so that they can get close to throw their large powerful spears or charge in for an assault. The Phantom Champion empowers his unit with increased speed, accuracy or even a poison that coats their blades, making them even more formidable up close. Also in September the Shadow Stalkers Fang Swarms crawl out of every dark corner to overwhelm the enemy. Bogging enemies down so they have a harder time attacking. The Blind Behemoth is a dark angel from the labyrinth. Massive in size with anger to spare, this hulking creature is practically immune to magic while his great flail takes care of anything dealing in the physical realm. Last for the Shadow Stalkers in August is the Army Standard. Not a traditional flying piece of fabric, as the Shadow Stalkers can’t see, it is instead a hollow tower of runes that creates a discordant melody as it’s swung around.
Also in September the High Elf Fleets take to the sky with the Gliders. This specialty unit is meant to keep distance with the enemy but in the vertical as their long range weapons allow them to take shots from the sky. They can also be given grenade packs that they rain on enemies they fly over. A Noble Glider can join in on the ambush while bringing his increased selection of weapons and better martial skills. The Elementals also come to life in September. The Elemental Protectors carry large wraith weapons so heavy in their firepower that they’re impossible to be carried by anyone else. The Elemental Strikers instead get equipped with large energy melee weapons, using their impressive frames to wield the impressive weapons in close combat. The Great Elemental is a fiery giant whose size allows it to carry an impressive arsenal. Any combination of heavy melee and heavy ranged weapons a High Elf General could want can be used to deadly effect by the Great Elemental.
The September Legendary is the Epic Titan Walker for the Blessed Sisters. This Titan Walker gets a holy makeover adding to its radiant splendor. It becomes draped with much more symbolic vestments including a halo to adorn its chassis and wings on its back to symbolize the angel of destruction that it is.
For Age of Fantasy: Quest a new hero descends from the shadows. The Vampiric Rogue stalks it’s prey from dark alley ways and darkened corners. It’s vampiric abilities heightening its senses to make it deadly and perceptive. What price do the heroes pay to have this supernatural ally in their party?
In September the Urban Terrain levels up once again in scale with the Urban Large Terrain. This terrain pack designed to take up large areas that models fully hide behind as it blocks sight to everything but the largest of models.

Project Roadmap
October is when the nightmares arrive for the Shadow Stalkers. The Reapers are deadly weapon masters with halberds or great weapons, using their skill to challenge foes much larger than themselves and come out on top. The Reaper Champion further adds to the Reaper skill set to make them even more deadly or terrifyingly swift, causing even more nightmares for the monsters of Tyria. The Reaper on Flying Beast then is a menace to all things that thought they might be able to escape the wrath of the Reapers, flying in over the battle to locate and descend upon their prey. The Fiends are what happens when folklore becomes reality; vicious large mouthed beasts with tentacle like appendages lashing out from their backs like the kind of monsters you hear in horror stories. The Great Fiend is larger and much more deadly, stalking unseen through the shadows until they grab hold with their tendrils to make sure their enemies can’t fight back.
In October we also see the first release of the Human Defense Force. The Company Leader will be the first hero that will be giving the orders to his troops. As the battlefield tacticians, they’ll be responsible for overseeing the will of the Human Alliance in the systems though a large arsenal of options and specialized training. The Enforcer is the general that wont take to cowardice among his ranks, using any means necessary to keep his troops engaged in the combat. The Infantry are the backbone of the armies of the Human Alliance, coming from all walks of life in the Sirius sector, laying down their lives to protect planets and colonies from threats. The APC is the backbone of the army to deliver troops to where they need to be as speed and quick strikes are a favored tactic used by the HDF. Weapon Teams are another staple of the defense force’s tactics. Using heavy firepower to remove threats before they can cause too much damage to the rest of the force, protecting from afar with superior weaponry.
The Legendary for October is the Shadow Stalkers Ascended Fiend. This eldritch monstrosity is a horrifying example of what the darkness of the labyrinth could have unleashed upon Tyria had the gateway remained open. Despite its size, it’s the kind of nightmare that can only see in the corners of eyes before it appears. With its gripping tendrils there’s no way to fight back, and nowhere to flee from its razor sharp talons.
Also, here is a preview of some early concept art for the Wood Elves releasing in November!
Here is the roadmap for the next few months:
- October – Shadow Stalkers & Human Defense Force + New Welcome Pack
- November – Wood Elves & Human Defense Force

That’s it for now, happy wargaming!
