The Walking Dead All Out War Miniatures Game relaunch has filled gamers with excitement, and it’s been incredible to see the activity kicking off everywhere, even more so to see the incredible surge of preorders we have received on our preorder site: The last time we introduced something new to The Walking Dead range was back in June, 2021! So you can imagine how pleased we are to be talking about the newest faction to become part of our tabletop world, The Commonwealth.
The Commonwealth is a massive community of survivors located in Ohio. Led by Pamela Milton, this organized and advanced society adds a layer of complexity to The Walking Dead Miniatures Game. Players can now add the newest faction to their games of All Out War, who just so happen to have a well trained and equipped small army!
The Commonwealth faction introduces a diverse range of characters, each with their own skills and backgrounds. From the authoritative Pamela Milton to the skilled warrior Mercer, games of All Out War will never quite be the same! Lets take a closer look at some of those iconic characters…

The Walking Dead: All Out War Collectors Edition 2024
The Walking Dead: All Out War is a miniatures game that allows you to recreate the struggle for survival in a lawless new world. Groups of Survivors must face each other in a desperate fight for resources, all the while trying not to attract the attention of roaming packs of Walkers.
The game is best played with two players taking on the role of rival Survivor groups, although it can also be played solo due to the innovative Event system that directs the Walkers around the board.
The aim of the game is to collect the meager resources from the barren landscape before anyone else does, or before your group is devoured! Time is of the essence, as the rising threat level will overwhelm you unless you can keep it under control.

Hab viel gutes über TWD gehört, persönlich finde ich das setting ein bisschen langweilig und lizensspiele sowieso.
Freue mich aber für alle Fans die da wieder loslegen können.
Das Spiel ist Regel- und Storytechnisch einfach der Hammer

Sehe ich auch so.
Ich habe echt einige Zombiespiele und TWD ist trotz seiner Schwächen (komische Würfel, massig Karten) schon seit Jahren mein Favorit. Da man sich Charaktere selbst erstellen kann, ist man auch nicht sklavisch an die originale Geschichte gebunden.
Das klingt allerdings wirklich cool…hmm
Das muss ich auch bestätigen. Ich finde auch den Solo-Modus richtig gut. Das spiele ich dann einfach mal am Abend statt in die Glotze zu gucken. Und man kann sich auch schön Kampagnen mit seiner Truppe bauen. Das Spiel ist nun schon etwas älter, die Serie längst vergangen, aber als Postapokalypse ist das richtig nett. Man kann auch super nach und nach Gelände aus allem möglichen Kram bauen (Spur 0 Gebäude, Schienen und Bahnwaggons, 1:43 Autos aller möglichen Hersteller usw.). Das ist richtig spaßig.
Für mich das Ultimo bisher im Tabletop Bereich, was story-based gaming angeht, obwohl ich gar kein ausgesprochener Zombie-Fan bin.
Unglaublich viel funktionierender Spielinhalt, inklusive großer Story-Kampagne (dank Anthologie alles in einem Buch), Solo-Modus und Map-Kampagne für mehr als 2 Spieler. Einfache Regeln, die sich fluffig anfühlen, taktische Möglichkeiten (Zombies als manipulierbare Naturgewalt, bis sie Dich halt überrennen), stimmungsvolle Minis, motiviert zum Geländebau und Minis bemalen.
War in der Vergangenheit auch schon mehrmals ein gutes „Gateway“, um Brettspieler an Tabletop heranzuführen.
Schön, dass sie es wieder anbieten!
Falls mantic auf der Tactica ist, wäre es cool wenn die die Comenwealth Box dabei haben.

@Christian: Habt ihr schon genauere Infos zu den Händlern, die vor Ort sein werden? Auf der Homepage ist bei der Unterkategorie Händler nur gähnende Leere…
Als Aussteller habe ich die in der Tat, ich weiß aber nicht, ob ich die schon rausgeben darf. Ich frage aber mal an.

Ich habe es leider nicht geschafft mir alle Boxen zu holen, als es diese noch gab. Hoffentlich sind die Sachen diesmal wieder fast überall erhältlich. Auf der Tactica wäre natürlich auch geil.
In der Zwischenzeit habe ich paar Tools geschrieben, womit man sich Karten für Charactere, Equipment, Events und Zombies erstellen kann.

Die Regeln zum Erstellen von eigenen Characteren sind tatsächlich im Regelbuch zu finden.
