Knuckleduster: Neue Previews

You haven’t heard from me for a few days and it’s because of the complexity of my latest sculpts. I have two new characters for the upcoming pack of TV western characters.

For these two figures I had to create a fair bit of content from scratch instead of relying on wardrobe and accessories I had already sculpted and used on other figures (the Peacemaker, for instance). The most fiddly part of it was the studded holster carried by the Mexican sidekick, although the hat decoration came in a close second. His face was also very difficult to sculpt.

The bounty hunter’s stubby Winchester was something that had to be modded from my standard Winchester, but with the added touch that it’s being cocked.

My next couple of sculpts will be equally challenging. So although I’m going a bit slower at the moment, I think the result will be worth it.

The next release will be Federales, any day now!
