Hi All.

So we have had to make a tough decision in the last few days as we have had some issues with the warehouse in Europe. Right now we have had to pause all new orders to the warehouse and we aren’t sure when we are going to be able to resume shipping. Because of this I have had to make a difficult choice to deactivate the EU warehouse store for the time being. This is bad timing with the Ramona release and we will need some time to figure out next steps.

What I have done for now is give free shipping on orders over 59 USD (Two judgement models) to the EU. Please be aware that the US store does not charge VAT and depending on your country and the tax laws you may be charged taxes as well as import fees. We cannot be responsible for those, but hopefully the free shipping cancels out any unexpected charges. We don’t know if this will be practical moving forward but it is the best choice for now. It sounds like some countries don’t charge fees and taxes on orders below a certain amount but we can’t guarantee anything or make any promises regarding this. Everyone should expect taxes and other fees when placing an order.

Please note that prices in the US will seem cheaper than the EU store was, however the EU store included taxes in the pricing whereas the US store does not. Orders from the US to the EU should take about 5-9 days to arrive based on what the couriers are quoting us, but this is something we are going to have to learn about also.
