Sieht ähnlich wie das alte heroscape.
Ich bin über den relativ günstigen Preis überrascht, denn ich denke die Zielgruppe sind mehr Erwachsene Nostalgie Liebhaber als die Kids von heute und diese werden ja oft stärker zur Kasse gebeten.
Die Minis sind (für mich) hässlich. Keine Ahnung ob man da mit eigener Bemalung viel machen kann.
Das Spiel soll ja ziemlich lustig sein?
Lohnt sich das? Als kleiner Tabletop Light snack mit interessanten (wenn auch sehr Gamey wirkendes) Terrain Konzept Out of The Box könnte es interessant sein.
Aber vermutlich sind da Blitz Bowl und Masters of The Universe die besseren alternativen.
Wenn ich jetzt das und Masters of the Universe Battleground neben einander stelle…
Ich denke, dass kommt auf die Zielgruppe an…..ich hab früher sehr gerne Minis zusammengebaut und bemalt…heute keine Zeit mehr…ich warte dauernd, dass der prepainted Bereich mal Fahrt aufnimmt.
Von daher finde ich den Vergleich BlitzBowl/Motu (beides mit Minis bauen und bemalen) mit dem hier nicht ganz sinnig.
Für meine Spielgruppe bestehend aus Leuten, die mit dem TT-Hobby sonst nichts zu tun haben oder keine Zeit mehr für Bauen/Malen haben, wäre das ggf. was….kommt eben immer auf die Perspektive an.
Die sind nicht prepainted, die kommen tatsächlich unpainted… steht zumindest so im Kleingedruckten. Das is die unterirdischte Studiobemalung, die ich je gesehen habe
Das ist keine Studiobemalung von High End malern, die eine Figur im möglichst besten Standard darstellen soll. Sondern das ist der Malstandard, den du von einer 7Tage/Woche Arbeitskraft erwarten kannst, die unterbezahlt mit Farben arbeitet, die vermutlich noch nie ein Sicherheitssiegel oä bekommen haben. Prepainted ist ein nochmal extra dreckiges Kapitel in den Produktionsketten für unsere Luxusgütern.
Eigentlich ganz ehrlich vom Hersteller den endgültigen Bemalstandard zu zeigen.
Da kann man sich gut entscheiden welche Version man kaufen wollte, wenn man auf diese 90er Optik steht.
Es gibt ja wohl eine unbemalte Standardedition und eine prepainted luxusedition. ich denke daher die Bilder zeigen die prepainted Variante, nicht irgendeine Studiobemalung.
Das alte Dschungelgelände war deutlich schöner als das hier
Da bin ich mal so ehrlich. Wenn ich schon so „unsaubere“ Retrofiguren eines Spieleklassikers kaufen würde, dann doch lieber das Original. Das gibt es sogar noch in Originalverpackung bei Amazon für schlanke 170 Goldbarren.
Kann aber sein, dass mir hier einfach nur der Bezug fehlt.
Kriegst du für 60-80 auf eBay. Hab 6 Stück 😉 wegen des Geländes für andere Spiele.
Ich glaube, dass die Figuren nach einem zusätzlichen wash gar nicht mal so schlecht aussehen. Aber die Produktionsbedingungen bei dem Preis können nicht so gut sein.
