Die Skaven sind nicht nur ein sehr ikonisches Volk aus den Reichen der Sterblichen, im Rahmen der kommenden 4. Edition von Warhammer Age of Sigmar bekommen unter anderem die Clanratten eine Neuauflage.

To be a Clanrat is to be a single drop in an ocean of teeth, claws, and matted fur. They are the expendable foot soldiers of the Great Clans, armed with rusted weapons and ragged clothing, but for all their individual cowardice and lacklustre fighting skills they are still deadly in numbers and will gleefully overwhelm larger foes in a living tide of stabbing blades.
Such erratic soldiers still need to be kept in line despite the unstoppable inertia of their great swarms, and it’s common to see Skaven with above-average bravery and ambition take the role of champions, musicians, and banner bearers to rally their lesser kin. Quite how they found the time to fashion instruments in the din of battle is anyone’s guess.
There is no formal uniform for a Clanrat and most scavenge whatever sharp blades and sturdy shields they can find on their way to a battle. Their wooden bastions are as likely to fall apart as stop an attack from a Stormcast Eternal, but with such a dreadfully low survival rate being the norm on the Skaven frontline, any chance of blocking an errant arrow or sword swipe is greedily coveted.

Das wird ne schöne Ergänzung meiner Horde.
Nun bin gespannt welche Modelle noch ersetzt werden, ich habe ja auf Mönche gehofft.
Die Mönche bleiben aus unklaren Gründen. Gab doch letztens einen „what is leaving AoS“ Artikel auf Warhammer Community. Im Grunde wird die gesamte range eingemottet. Bis auf die Mönche.. XD
Genau wie wie bei den Nachtgoblins sehen die Skaven wieder wie aus einem Stück aus. Mochte ich schon früher nicht. Wirkt wie eine Ü-Ei Figur;(
Die sehen nicht nur so aus, sie sind es auch, genauso wie die Grundboxmodelle sonst auch und wenn es wie bei den Hobgoblins wird, dann gibt es auch nur die Steckmodelle.
Aktuell sind die doch auch aus einem Stück, man kann nur den Waffenarm ankleben. Ausserdem sind die aktuellen Modelle sehr zweidimensional. Ich finde die hier richtig gut!

Die neuen hier sehen schon cool aus.
Das mag vielleicht auch an der düsteren Bemalung liegen.🤔
Trotzdem werde ich das im Auge behalten.
Eine wir ich finde gelungene Überarbeitung der klassischen Klanratten. Außerdem können die Skavenspieler beruhigt sein, dass GW hier keine komplett neue Richtung eingeschlagen hat, so dass man (zumindest hier) seine alten Modelle weiter benutzen kann.
Mir gefällt es. Dynamischere Posen, mehr Details und generell eine mehr Ratten-ähnliche Anatomie. Dazu die vielen kleinen Ratten mit dabei. Top.

AoS 4.0 startbox wird gekauft.
Ich mag die neuen Klanratten. Sind sehr nah an den alten Klanratten dran vom Aussehen und manche Modelle sind einfach „HD“ Umsetzungen. Auch toll das die wesentlich kleiner sind als die Stormcast.
Es wundert mich ehrlich gesagt, dass die Klanratten neuaufgesetzt werden. Die aktuellen Klanratten sehen noch ziemlich gut aus.
Die sehen echt gut aus, die Größe und die Posen sind top. Werde mir wohl den Clanrattenteil aus der neuen Starterbox besorgen und wenn mal Zeit ist (haha) als „Herrscher des Unerreichs“ für Safa Ära der Magie bemalen.

na, das ist doch ein schöner re-fresh. da bin ich mal gespannt, wie gut der rest wird.
Tja, ich warte auch lieber ab.. es werden mir die Bauoptionen schon sehr gering!
Sehen schon schick aus (was aber auch an der tollen Bemalung liegen dürfte). Schön ist auch, dass sie weiterhin ganz gut zu den alten Modellen passen dürften. 🤗 Trotzdem etwas seltsam, dass GW die neuen Skaven nicht auch nen ticken größer skaliert hat… 🤔🙄
Finde ich eher gut, dann kann man sie einfacher mit alten Skaven kombinieren (falls man solche hat). Womit der Vorteil den du in zweitem Satz genannt hast nochmal betont wird. 😀
