GW: Modelle für Ladengeburtstage 2024
Auch im Jahr 2024 feiern die Warhammer-Läden ihren jeweiligen Ladengeburtstag, hier gibt es dann die Gelegenheit zwei Miniaturen aus den Welten von Warhammer 40.000 und Warhammer Age of Sigmar zu erwerben.
Celebrate This Year’s Store Anniversaries With a Fyreslayer and a T’au Empire Ethereal
Each year, your local Warhammer store puts on a nine-day party to celebrate the Warhammer hobby in your community, complete with exclusive miniatures and loads of Warhammer swag to collect. It’s a tradition to have one exclusive miniature for each of Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar, and 2024 is no exception.
Let’s kick things off with a calm word from the leaders of the T’au Empire.
Invocation of the Elements
T’au Ethereals sit at the crossroads of their society’s castes, guiding Fire, Water, Air, and Earth with boundless wisdom and force of will. They frequently take to the battle to inspire their troops up close, and amidst the chaos of battle it pays for them to stand out with flashy robes and a great big staff.
This miniature, titled Invocation of the Elements, wears flowing robes inscribed with the icon of the Ethereal caste, while their staff is embellished with each of the other caste’s insignia. The jar they carry in their other hand emits a choice of four fumes themed after each element, while the model itself stands atop a ruined aquila – suggesting that the T’au are fighting on an Imperial world.
Brakki of the Gilded Key
For Warhammer Age of Sigmar, we’re joined by our fire-maned friends from the Mortal Realms. The Fyreslayer heroes known as Auric Runesmiters are vital to their lodge’s battle plans, opening tunnels through magmatic grounds with naught but bellowing voices, and Brakki of the Gilded Key is one such champion.
This miniature is packed with detail, from the intricate key that gives the duardin his name to the raging flames atop his Latch-axe. It also features a beautiful cape fashioned from the scales and hide of a Magmadroth, and Brakki is sure to stand out on the battlefield when you use him in your Fyreslayer armies as an alternative Runesmiter.
Store Anniversary Extras
It’s not just these miniatures that you’ll be able to get at your local Warhammer store’s anniversary event. As usual, we have loads of swag to give away for each £50 increment you spend, up to a total of £200.*

Die Himmlische finde ich richtig gut gelungen. Leider muss das ja so eine dumme Geburtstagsmini sein, so dass man die nur zu ganz bestimmten Zeiten und nur in den jeweiligen GW Stores ordern kann.
Muss mich anschließen, die Ethereal ist stark. Und wenn es nur zum malen ist, hätte ich die gerne.
aber sprich doch mal mit deinem lokalen GW Laden Betreiber, das werde ich auch tun um zu sehen wann das ist um mir eine zu sichern.

Ja die beiden Figuren gibt es nur in einem reinen GW Laden.
Und wenn der Geburtstag hat, ist das Zeitfenster zwei Wochen.
Danach ist es eine Glücksspiel ob er die noch hat.

Ich hoffe das passt, ich Arbeite um die Ecke von „meinem“ GW Laden, da werde ich mal einfallen können.
Die hätte ich echt gerne. hat mir direkt eine Idee für ein kleines Diorama gegeben. Gut, bei meinem Tempo dann ein Projekt für 2025, egal wann ich die Mini bekomme, aber dennoch.😅

Die Geburtstagsminis gehen auch eigtl immer zu recht fairen Preisen in der Bucht. Das mit dem Ordern ist aber tatsächlich super nervig, weil mein Store damals darauf bestanden hat dass ich das vor Ort mache und nicht per Telefon…
Der GW Stuttgart hat mir versichert Eine Figur pro Einkauf.
Und die merken sich die Gesichter.😁

( Gratis) mehrmals abholen. Heute nicht mehr 🙄
Die Tau ist absolut klasse, so viele Optionen hatten GW-Modelle schon lange nicht mehr!

Ach du meine Fresse, stimmt. Holy Shit, ist das geil. Jetzt muss ich sie erst Recht haben 😅
Aber die kleine Änderung sollte reichen damit sie save sind.
Wenn man die ganzjährig einfach ohne Aufwand nach Hause bestellen könnte dann wären das einfach nur zwei willkürliche Modelle nach denen keiner gefragt hat.
Soll halt ein kleines bisschen Arbeit sein da ran zu kommen…
Denke nicht, zumindest nicht bei mir. Wäre das ein willkürliches Modell wäre mir das sogar lieber, würde es einfach bei release kaufen, weil die T’au einfach schick ist. Mir wumpe ob limitiertes Sammler-Item oder nicht. Und glaube damit bin ich nicht allein. Blöd nur, es setzt unter Druck wenn man ein Modell, aus welchen gründen auch immer, haben möchte.
Eben. Nichts wird dadurch besser, dass es verknappt oder andere Hürden aufgebaut werden.
Das ist einfach nur ein Marketing-Trick, um Wertigkeit zu suggerieren, der allen auf den Keks geht, die sich nichts drauf einbilden, dass sie zum Jäger statt Sammler werden mussten, um es zu ergattern.
