Guild Ball: Update #9 – Minor Guild Crossover Minis

Progress has been advancing on Guild Ball in the background, and we’re here to tell you all about it!

Crossover Minor Guild Miniatures

The release of the crossover miniatures has been developing while we spin a few different plates, such as ensuring our manufacturing partner is fully up to date with the order backlog, and transitioning the miniature range from attached to separated bases. (More news on this soon.)

In short, we’ve now reached the stage where we can begin to get crossover miniatures out and onto the pitch!

Where are we now? We’ve produced and checked samples of the crossover miniatures that we’re happy with. Our aim is to open the crossover miniatures for orders in the week commencing September 2nd.

Ongoing Development

We’re hard at work alongside the Guild Ball Community Project driving forward with new releases for the game.

The new Game Plan deck is now in active playtesting and we’re excited to see how it impacts established playstyles upon release in 2025.

Collaboration continues on the Lumberjacks Minor Guild. Creating a whole new Minor Guild together is a huge undertaking so please bear with us on this one. Early signs are very positive!

We’re keeping on top of a “watch list” of miniatures likely to be included in the 2025 errata, with a possibility to implement an off-schedule adjustment for one fiery captain in particular. Watch this space.

Organised Play Support

Since opening up official organised play support a little over two months ago we’ve received over 30 applications, which is great!

We’ve had some requests by event organisers asking if they can purchase multiple sets of prize codes for their players. While this is case by case based on the size of your event, this is something we can allow for. Please include in your application if you’re looking to purchase multiple sets of prize codes for your event.

One More Thing… Morticians Dice!

 

Finally, we’re happy to announce you can now get the official Morticians Guild Ball from Baron of Dice! These dice, as well as sets for other Guilds, are available now on the Baron of Dice store.
