Great Grimoire: Cathedral of Shadows

Im Oktober haben Great Grimoire wieder ein STL-Paket für Patreons zusammengestellt.

The grand cathedral rises like a shadowed sentinel, its spires clawing at the blood-red sky. In this forsaken part of the city, the stone edifice looms, a relic of faded grandeur wrapped in creeping ivy and gargoyles twisted in silent agony. Beneath the cracked gargoyles, windows of stained glass cast haunting shades of crimson and gold, like the dying embers of a long-forgotten fire. The bells, long rusted and choked by neglect, stir only when the wind wails through the labyrinth of narrow alleys below, carrying whispers of old sins and forsaken prayers.

Once, this was a place of solace – a beacon of hope in a city riddled with darkness. Now, it stands as a cursed monument, where the devout dare not tread. Shadows flit behind the cracked pillars, their presence heavy with despair. The air is thick with the scent of damp stone and forgotten incense, tainted with a coppery undertone that makes your skin prickle. Each footstep echoes like a curse in the hollow silence, reverberating through the ruins of shattered faith.

The locals speak in hushed voices of a presence within, a thing older than the city itself. They claim the heart of the cathedral still beats, its pulse hidden deep beneath the broken altar. But none can say for certain, for those who venture too close rarely return, leaving only the sound of the bells, tolling softly in the dead of night.
