Napoleonic British Rocket Bombarding Frame 2 – 27,00€
Destruction and flames from on high – that’s the Congreve style, and it’s a powerful addition to your British Black powder force!
Designed by Sir William Congreve in 1808, based on rockets captured from the Indian state of Mysore, the eponymous Congreve rocket consisted of a sheet-iron tube filled with gunpowder, tipped with an explosive shell, and mounted on a long wooden rod. These would be fired from racks or frames, and while somewhat unreliable and at times frighteningly inaccurate, they had the great advantage of being both powerful, terrifying, and far easier to transport and supply than the equivalent battery of cannon. Used in increasing numbers throughout the Napoleonic Wars, they would grow in size and capability into a truly deadly weapon.
This brave rocketeer and his fiendish devices are ready to rain fire and terror on the foes of your British Black Powder force – if he can score a hit!
This pack contains one Rocket Bombarding Frame with four crew, cast in metal.

Napoleonic Prussian Foot Artillery with 6- or 12-pdr (1813-15) – 21,50€
Blast your enemies into submission with this powerful artillery piece for your Prussian Black Powder collection!
Famously described as an ‘army with a country attached’, Prussia during the latter period of the Napoleonic Wars was a highly militarised state whose very survival depended on the strength of its army. While not as renowned as the infantry or cavalry, nor as numerous as the Landwehr militia, Prussian artillery was a crucial part of the army, delivering vital fire support to the troops. ‘Foot’ artillery comprised the majority of an army’s guns of sizes from 6-pdrs upwards, and would usually be emplaced in a tactically advantageous position before a battle. From here, massed batteries would rain down devastation on the foe from afar, and if all went to plan, would not need to redeploy during the fighting!
An essential part of any Black Powder force, and able to be assembled as either a 6-pdr or heavier 12-pdr, this mighty weapon is ready to take to the tabletop in support of your forces!
This pack contains one gun with parts to assemble as a 6-pdr or 9-pdr, with four crew, cast in metal.
