Onna-bugeisha: Katanas 2 – £12.00
Brand: Bad Squiddo Games
Scale: 28mm
Material: Metal
Sculptor: Daniel SmithThree miniatures for your Feudal Japan wargaming.
„Onna-bugeisha was a type of female warrior belonging to the Japanese nobility. Many women engaged in battle, commonly alongside samurai men. They were members of the bushi (samurai) class in feudal Japan and were trained in the use of weapons to protect their household, family, and honour in times of war.“
Japanese Min’yo Band – £16.50
Brand: Bad Squiddo Games
Scale: 28mm
Material: Metal
Sculptor: Daniel SmithThis pack of 5 (4 ladies and one bonsai tree!) is a beautiful accompaniment to any of our gaming or dioramas. Due to the traditional nature of the performance, these can be used for pretty much any time period 16th Century and afterwards (that being the date of the introduction of the shamisen). One of the ladies is carrying a tray to serve the audience or perhaps even the band, on a break between tunes.
A good scenario to play these with could be that they’re holding a objective, but when your troops approach, you swap them out with some of our Onna-bugeisha to represent them drawing katanas in self defence. „Oops.“
