Dallas: Johnathan’s Sentinels take gold with their eye-catching colour scheme and use of texture. The bases perfectly complement the Mutant hunters by lifting them off the base and bringing the focus to the Sentinels themselves. The understated glow does not distract from the overall composition or feel of the entry and the saturated blue is just wonderful to look at.

Dallas: Taking a gold in single for a strong paint job, Jonathan does it again in his bold, expressive style. This Hulkbuster just breathes life and absolutely leaps from the table to your imagination. Crisp, sharp, and colourful…. A fun feast for the eyes!
Die Kathegorie „Dual“ gewinnt Kyle Dalton mit “Civil War”
Dallas: A strong story, a well rendered base and backdrop, and wonderfully painted main characters – these are a few of the elements that earned Kyle Dalton a gold in dual. The work on the cars is quite striking and the backdrop is well rendered but is used to accentuate the characters not distract from them. That red on Iron Man is so visually appealing and Cap looks solid and strong!!!
Die Kathegorie The Mighty – The Worthy gewinnt wiederum Johnathan Ho mit “Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock”
Dallas: Johnathan’s Spidey vs Ock took gold and the overall winner of the first Worthy!!! The conversion work on the good doctor and the strong painting was one thing, but the use of composition and storytelling is what really caught the eye. A visual delight to behold and something unlike any other.

Das ist ehrlich gesagt mehr als peinlich, paint job hin oder her, das eine Person 3 Preise gewinnt. Auch auffällig, denn seine Videos behandeln fast ausschließlich MCP und Shatterpoint, seit es diese Spiele gibt. Ich möchte hiermit NICHT den Künstler angreifen, sondern AMG mit ihrer Wahl. Denn es gab wirklich viele andere gute Einsendungen.
Naja, wenn er halt der beste war kann man ja nur schwer sagen „sorry, du bist zu gut, Wir geben dir nur einen Preis“. Falls mehrfacheinreichungen in verschiedenen Kategorien nicht gewünscht waren hötte man das im Vorfeld klarstellen sollen. Peinlich finde ich es aber nicht. Ist ja auch nicht peinlich, dass Bayern München seit Jahren die Meisterschaft gewinnenen. Sie spielen halt am besten.
Ich glaube, das ist etwas anderes. Jeder ist sich einig, dass künstlerische Leistungen nicht objektiv vergleichbar sind – selbst im Öffentlichen Dienst fallen die nicht unter die normalen Ausschreibungsregularien.
Also, wenn es wirklich andere gute Einsendungen gab, sieht das schon extrem merkwürdig aus, wenn die Jury dreimal denselben auswählt. Und, das weiß man als Jury.
Wie gesagt, die künstlerische Arbeit von dem Mann ist top, ich schaue seine Videos gerne. Aber allein auf Instagram wurde vieles von AMG selbst gezeigt, was auch gut wenn nicht sogar überragend war. Bin einfach der Meinung, das es sich nicht gehört.
