Anvil Digital Forge: Republic Pulse Mechs – December 2024 Patreon
Diesen Monat gibt es bei Anvil Digital Forge Republic Pulse Mechs.
Everything You Get in December’s Republic Pulse Mechs – Multi-Shell showcase!
Hello Patrons!
The beginning of the new month is just a few days away! Cora has worked wonders to remaster our classic Pulse Mech kit, and bring it up to Regiments compatibility. Here’s everything you’ll be getting in December;
Pan-Continental Republic Pulse MechsIn the images below, you can see that we’ve highlighted certain elements in bright orange, blue, green, etc (and you’ll see similar images in many of our previous releases too!), and various images say „multi-shell“ on them.
These colours mean that each highlighted element is actually a separate „shell“ – a complete 3D object that it is possible to move, scale, interchange, or even remove entirely! Want to know how? We’ve got a few excellent text and video resources for you to check out;
Full written instructions of how to use Multi-Shell features in both MeshMixer and Blender can be found here.
Sonic Sledgehammer’s Video Tutorial using MeshMixer.
And finally, an in-depth Blender Tutorial that covers advanced movement and manipulation of individual shells, as well as a whole lot more if you’re interested!
Starting out with heads, there’s a selection of helmets and rebreather clad heads, including an old favourite with a Mohawk! Each head has a few shelled elements, including the rebreather, so swapping that onto another head is very easy, and underneath each mask is a detailed face covering, so if you don’t care for the armoured look, you can go with a simple cloth mask instead.
The Pulse Mech bodies have been combined as multiple leg/torso poses, and have been expanded out to include a more slim version, compatible with our female shoulder joints. Each body has the hip plates as separate shells, as well as the abdomen and upper body. This allows a little more flexibility should you wish to twist the torsos left or right, for even more dynamic pose options.
The arms come in two variations, either with the Pulse Mech hard point weapon mount (which is the same as a Regiments pistol joint), as well as an open-wrist version that can hold any of our melee weapons, pistols, or accessories. The hands included in the mount version are shelled, as are the mounts themselves, making digital kitbashing an underslung hard point possible on other arm sets too!
The mounted weapons favoured by the Republic Pulse Mechs include the hyper-velocity Mag Accelerator, as well as the thermal lance, giving the pilots the choice between anti-infantry, or anti-armour weapon options. There are also a set of armoured hands in various poses!
The Pulse Mech requires a constant supply of energy to perform as a strength-augmenting suit, and so you’re going to need a power spine to keep them mobile. Additionally, there’s the flight pack upgrade, which combines the power plant with vectored thrust exhausts that give the pilot the ability to jump dozens of metres in any direction, or cushion the rapid descent from a deployment dropship! There’s also the shoulder pad, an essential piece of extra armour!
We’ve also supplied some standalone torsos with both the male, and female Regiments hip joints. Provided for the advanced kitbash enthusiast, be warned – these are likely to have some issues seating properly on some of our other Regiments legs, and are very bulky too – but are there for those willing to experiment!
Much like the standalone torso, we’ve also provided a full set of Pulse Mech legs with a male hip joint, which can be combined with any sufficiently slim Regiments torso. Just make sure to take off any pouches or overhanging armour plates before you attempt to combine them after printing. There are some torsos that are simply too bulky to fit at all, so it’s worth checking by importing your intended torso into an STL viewer and „trial fitting“ them before you print. Or kitbash them digitally, of course!
Your specialists are wielding the utterly devastating Frag Rifle this time around. Only truly wieldable by a person wearing the strength enhancing pulse mech suit, the frag rifle is the perfect tool to tear through heavy cover, and break through all but the most heavily reinforced armour, causing carnage with its rapid-fire explosive rounds!
Finally, we’ve put together a quick selection of Hypercity base toppers and basing scatter parts. These have been in high demand, and so we’re thrilled to offer you a replacement for our very popular Hypercity bases. Dan has more planned for later down the line, but these should help tide you over until we make a complete set!
We hope these reveals have got you excited for December’s release! Let us know what you think in the comments, or on our Discord
As is customary, we’ve attached all the component renders in a ZIP file, at the end of this post, if you’d like to go over them in exacting detail

We’ll leave you with some beautiful examples of some possible combinations:
