Early Saxon Warriors – Sculpting complete!
Now we have finished sculpting the final command figures, here’s a sample of the complete set. We’ve also picked out some of our favourite characters, enjoy!These can be used for the early Invasions of Britain in the 5th and 6th Centuries and as later Germanic warriors, Pre Viking Scandinavians and with a few weapons and head swaps here and there these will fit in as Rus, Later Saxons, Vikings making for a massively versatile set of miniatures.
Just a few bits to tidy up at the layup stage and then off to the toolroom. They probably will not make it in plastic before Christmas but should be an early 2024 release.

Vom Aussehen finde ich die Victrixmodelle echt gut, nur finde ich den zusammenbau eher etwas umständlich. Vllt ist das ja aber bei diesem Gussrahmen besser.
Sehen schon geil aus, aber warum wider der Blödsinn mit den Lederrüstungen die Wiederlegt sind…
Wo siehst du denn die Lederrüstungen?
Ich sehe hier Kettenrüstungen, Schuppenpanzer und normale Stoffkleidung. Es sind da zwei Kürasse vorhanden, welche auch aus Leinen sein könnten. Leder wäre auch möglich. An sich eher untypisch für die Zeit.
