Story
A thousand years into the future, the star empires of mankind are locked in a never-ending struggle for power. At the mercy of their devastating armies of battle tanks, star fighters and towering mecha lies all the fruits of civilization: cities, outposts, factories, the homes of the common people…

Bring your battlefields to life with the 0MEGA TECH Mecha Combat Terrain range by Wasteland Game Studio. 0MEGA TECH is designed to be compatible with Catalyst Game Labs Battletech: Alpha Strike rules and miniatures, but will also work for other miniatures games in a similar scale. The models have also been designed to fit neatly on to a 32mm hex grid for easy use with the original Battletech rules by Catalyst Game Labs.
This campaign is for digital STL files only. A 3D printer (or 3D printing service) is required to produce physical models for your tabletop.
All models in this campaign are intended for use with an FDM-type 3D printer with a build area of at least 22cm along one axis (although all but the largest models will work on smaller printers) and don’t require supports.
The models you see in our photos were printed using a Prusa Mini with 0.2mm layer height and 15% adaptive cubic infill.

The Models
Every Reward Pledge includes these Core Models:
Nice and simple: every Stretch Goal adds FREE new models to every Reward Pledge. More Stretch Goals will be announced as the campaign progresses so don’t forget to check back!
Every Reward Pledge also receives unlocked Stretch Goals:
All files for the core pledge (so everything that’s not a Stretch Goal) will be sent to backers within 1 week of the campaign charging period ending (this is when Kickstarter takes in your money for your pledge). Distribution will be handled through our own website at wastelandgamestudio.com, and you’ll receive an email with the details on how to download your files.
As a backup, if our own website encounters problems or isn’t ready to hand out your files, we plan to use MyMiniFactory as a distribution point.
While all of the core pledge models are finished, unlocked Stretch Goals may take some further work to complete (depending on which ones are unlocked). As such, it may take longer to deliver all of them – they will be sent to backers (using the same method as above) when they are completed. Since we don’t know how many will be unlocked, we don’t know how long this will take, but our goal is to have them all sent to backers by the end of August 2023.
We intend to have the files available for backers to re-download in the future if they need to, but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to do that forever. Please make sure to back up your files just in case.

When you back this campaign, you agree to the following license terms:
Standard Pledge:
- The files you receive as your Pledge Rewards are only for your own personal use
- You can’t sell or give away the files to someone else, or sell or give away prints you make from the files
- You can modify the files for your own use, but you still can’t sell or give away the modified files or prints made from them
Production License Pledge:
- You can’t sell or give away the files to someone else, but you can sell or give away physical prints you make from the files
- You can’t modify the files and then sell or give away the modified files, or sell or give away prints of modified files
- This license only includes files from the Kickstarter itself (including stretch goals). Any files released by Wasteland Game Studio outside of this campaign aren’t part of this license
If distributed through MyMiniFactory, that platform’s terms of service will also apply.
