Mierce Miniatures: Ysian Aberrant Battle Host [NSFW]
Auch im Dezember gibt es bei Mierce Miniatures Patreon einen Battle Host .

Who are the Ysians?
The degenerates of Ys, wholly damned by that decadent city and their Queen Euryalia, who is and yet is not the Horned God upon the earth; the treacherous Drunes of Kernow, kinslayers and betrayers, stubbornly holding to their brooding fortresses even as the rest of Prytain suffers; the remnants of Merovech’s sons, led by the do-nothing king who would bow and scrape to Ys rather than lose what little of his power remains. These, then, are the most obvious servants of Kernunnos, Ysians as they call themselves, depraved and savage, cruel and heartless, unpredictable malefactors that have succumbed to their basest desires and to whom the world is theirs to do with as they please, for their God through Euryalia has told them so. For the Ysians, the only will that matters is their own.
The Lands of Darkness
The Drunes of Kernow and Breten Vyhan are collectively called Ker-Ysians, followers of Kernunnos in Ys, the subjects of the Horned God in the form of Euryalia, the exalted Queen of that decadent city. It is through Euryalia’s work that the Ker-Ysians survive and it through Euryalia’s strength that Kernow and Breten Vyhan, two realms separated and joined by the sea, can defend themselves against their aggressors. Kernow bears the brunt of the sea-borne raids of the Érainn and the Fomoraic, and the Norse and the Atalantes, and of course the brutality of the Seaxna and the Jutes: and Breten Vyhan must defend itself against the growing threat of the Byzantii and the revolts of the Franks and the insidious nature of the Vras. Without each other’s strength, the Kernewek and the Bretened, the Ker-Ysians, would not survive in a world that only wishes their destruction.
You can learn more about the Ysians on the Mierce Miniatures webstore and in the Lands of Darkness kindred guide!
Without further ado, let’s delve into this month’s miniatures… but before we do that, a note: lots of the Ysians are rather NSFW, shall we say, so we’ve blacked out the offending areas on this post. Images without the black boxes can be found with the files themselves.
Kernsanta is our Christmas gift to you, our loyal patrons and tribers! She is of course a variant of the champion of our forthcoming resculpted sword-melusines (watch out for those in the new year), and comes complete with santa hat and present sack!
Annik of Carn Wrach is a commander of the Ysian host and a brilliant warrior in her own right. She comes in three variants, all on foot and on margh (what the Ysians call a horse), the first of which is Falchion-Annik…
…and supported by Bow-Annik, armed with falchion and bow. Note the quiver on the horse!
The third variant of Annik is Sickle-Annik, armed with a sickle rather than a sword, and rather… naked!
Also half-naked, as is the Ysians‘ wont, is Jowan of Carn Dhu, a hound-master by trade but a ferocious fighter nonetheless. The perfect beast handler for your drune-hounds and hound-aberrants, Jowan sports a hound-skull helm as well as similar pauldrons and a gutplate – and his horse wears a hound-aberrant skull for protection, too!
Ax-Jowan is the regular, battle-drune variant of Jowan with a different helm and two axes.
Ahhh, Alix of Carn Bran. Now this lady is rather special, for she is a skilled beast-master able to bring almost any beast of the lands of darkness to battle, from any kindred; and her swift-margh is perfectly capable of keeping up with even the swiftest of them!
The Hounds of Carn Dhu, beasts of dark fur and ferocious temperament, are often found in the armies of Ys for they are easy to control, superbly quick and nasty opponents.
The Hounds of Ys – mutated and enhanced by the insane flesh-smiths of that decadent city – are brought to battle by the hound-masters in iron cages and unleashed upon the enemy through judicious use of whip and chain. Stand well clear!
Born from the fevered imagination of a crazed flesh-smith of the Ysians, Joining XX is a horrific joining of three ogre-humanoid torsos (two male forming the legs and one female forming the upper body) and a hound-aberrant head for good measure, along with the stitches and metal plates to help those parts stay together. You get two head variants and four weapon variants, too!
More to come !
That’s it for December, but it’s Atalantes ahoy for January, me hearties! Until then, enjoy the depravity of the Ysians…
Keep it Mierce, Miercenaries!
War da überhaupt schon was neues dabei? Das war doch alles Best of Bob bis jetzt? So kann man auch ein zweites Mal sehr gut Geld machen.
sind nicht die Hounds of Carn-Dhu neu?
meine die hab ich noch nicht gesehen
