GW: Warhammer+ Jahr Drei Miniaturen Preview
Auch im dritten Jahr von Warhammer+ gibt es wieder zwei exklusive Miniaturen für Abonnenten, einen auf einem Artwork von Karl Kopinski basierenden Kaserkin Sergeant und eine gepanzerte Vampirin aus dem Clan der Carsteins.

Warhammer+ is the exclusive subscription service that throws open access to all sorts of fantastic content and benefits. There are tons of incredible Warhammer animations, plus painting guides, lore, and battle reports – and every year subscribers can pick an exclusive new miniature that’s not available from anywhere else. As the next year of content prepares to drop, here are this year’s new miniatures.
Unbroken
Inspired by a classic piece of Karl Kopinski art, Unbroken presents a veteran Kasrkin standing at ease. The miniature faithfully depicts details from a classic piece of Warhammer artwork, including the curved power sabre, the rebreather and goggles worn high on his scarred head, and the inverted combat blade on his chest.
It’s a fantastic piece for collectors and painters, perfect for working into dioramas, or perhaps even just as a unique Sergeant for your Kasrkin.
Karlina von Carstein
Decked out in majestic fluted armour, Karlina von Carstein is a sinister Vampire Lord armed and ready to do battle. In one hand she holds an elegant falchion decorated with a thorny rose, and in another an empty chalice awaiting the lifeblood of her foes. This miniature has a choice of two heads – one helmet with a bat-wing motif, the other with an exaggerated aristocratic hairstyle befitting an immortal terror of the Mortal Realms – you don’t reach a few thousand years old without picking up some eccentric ideas about fashion.
Getting your hands on these miniatures is simple. Sign up for or renew an annual subscription of Warhammer+ on or after the 25th of August, and you will receive your choice of miniature one month after subscribing.
Monthly subscribers will need to wait the full 12 months to claim their miniature. And if the decision between the two miniatures is too difficult, you can opt to buy the one you didn’t choose with your subscription.

Uuui – die sieht aber schon ziemlich schick aus! Mal was anderes.
Vom Gesicht hätte ich aber gedacht, das ist n Typ.
Und der Kasrkin nach Kopinski – naja, seine Illus treffen aie halt einfach nicht. Und spezifische Gesichter ja sowieso nicht. ^^
Das beim Sarge kann auch einfach an der Bemalung liegen. Ich hasse es aber auch Abmalen zu müssen. 🙂
Krass die haben geschaft nur durch die Haltung des Schwert die komplette Stimmung aus dem Artwork zu killen. Die Mini sagt irgendwie „fering für die Schlacht“ das Artwork dagegen „fertig von der Schlacht“.
Ok, dem Kasrkin kann ich echt was abgewinnen auch wenn ich Baumzebra Recht geben muss, aber denke das geht bemaltechnisch.
Die Vampirfürstin…im Grunde cool und ich habe ja eine Schwäche für die aktuellen Vampire. Allerdings musst Eich eine Weile überlegen was mich daran stört und dann ist es.mir aufgefallen. Mit dem Helm sieht sie aus wie Steppenwolf aus Joss Whedon’s Justice League. Und das ist kein Kompliment.
PS, dafür abonnieren werde ich dennoch nicht
Der Helm dürfte vage von Coppolas Bram Stoker’s Dracula inspiriert sein (sowieso fast alle Vampirsachen danach, insbesondere Vampirritter). Auch der Text gibt in meinen Augen deutliche Hinweise darauf: fledermausartig, was erstmal fern erscheint aber dann doch passt, sobald man mal nicht nur platt-direkt denkt, ^^ sowie die exzentrische Frisur – die man mal sehen müsste, doch es lässt sich ja passendes denken unter der Helmform… Und ich finde das mal eine positiv-frische Richtung bei WH (wenngleich nicht total innovativ im Fantasy-Bereich).
Mich hat die gute Dame auch zuerst an eine/n Disciple of Khaine vom großartigen Age of Reckoning denken lassen.
Baumzebra hat definitiv einen guten Punkt herausgearbeitet!
Es ist aber ebenso die ganze Haltung. Der eine ist quasi Propaganda, der andere praktische „Realität“. Und die Modellierung ist so glatt, dass sie kaum den malerischen nahen Kopinski-Stil erlaubt.
Das sind Details und Feinheiten, aber genau das macht eben eine Stimmung erst aus.
Man muss ja die Vorlage auch nicht möglichst nah treffen. Dann würde ich mich jedoch etwas weiter davon absetzen – allein schon, damut es nicht wie nicht gekonnt wirkt. ^^
Wenn man nicht platt direkt denkt?
Mit Verlaub, wenn man die primäre Idee zum Design erst im Begleit-Text lesen muss, stimmt was mit dem Design nicht. Außerdem unterstellst du ja, ich hätte das nicht gesehen. Ist nicht der Fall. Sieht trotzdem sehr aus wie Steppenwolf. Das darf dir natürlich gefallen. Aber ich wünschte tatsächlich die Anleihen an Coppolas Designsprache in seiner Dracula Adaption wären stärker, die werden aus gutem Grund häufig kopiert.
Trotzdem ist die grundsätzliche Richtung schon gut, da gebe ich dir Recht. Ich wäre sehr neugierig auf den alternativen Kopf. Der könnte je nachdem aus der Mini etwas machen, das mir sehr zusagt.
