Here are the finished renders of the whole Falschirmjager set. These are now off to tooling and have joined the queue.We have infantry armed with an assortment of rifles, MP 40’s and FG 42’s plus ammo carriers and Panzerfaust. We also have heavy weapons, 81mm mortars, 50mm mortars, MG 42’s, Panzerschreck plus officers and radio teams.We will be doing a Pak 40 crewed by Falschirmjager along with some of the other weird and wonderful anti-tank weapons they used such as the LG 40 75mm recoilless gun and the SpZb anti tank gun and anything else we can fit on the frames.A separate PAK 40 with SDKFZ 11 is being worked on at present plus 2 types of crew in normal uniform and camo smock variants.

Wieder was gelernt. Ich hatte gar nicht mehr auf dem Schirm, dass die deutschen Fallschirmjäger im WW II eine eigene Variante des Stahlhelms getragen haben, die sich so deutlich vom Standardmodell unterscheidet. Das sah für mich auf den ersten Blick daher fast schon aus wie der Helm der Amerikaner…
