Khurasan Miniatures has just released three new miniature sets in our 15mm prehistoric range: a trio of Brontornis, a trio of Kaprosuchus, and a solitary short-faced bear:
They’re all listed as “other prehistoric animals,” below the dinosaurs on the webstore page.
Kaprosuchus was a 16-foot-long fast-running land crocodile from the end of the age of dinosaurs in Niger; brontornis an absolutely colossal terror bird from the Miocene Period, and the short-faced bear was, if not the largest bear ever, certainly in the top two! It was larger than a polar bear, primarily carnivorous, and the fastest bear that ever lived, with speeds of up to 40mph! (64kmh.) These are perfect for prehistoric, fantasy, science fiction and pulp gaming.
