Heresylab – Pin-up Heresy Girls – Sci-Fi resin and digital

Heresy Pin-Up Girls is a new set of 28mm heroic scale models supplied both in digital and resin format.

Story

Over the past decade I have directly assisted multiple miniature companies achieve success with their projects. I have both broad and lengthy experience in the miniature industry. My previous work has covered all aspects of miniature production from design to manufacturing, and ranges from working with metal to resin and also plastic materials. Now I am creating my own line of high quality figures and am asking for your help to meet my goals. Lately we had a peek in sales, but also did quite extensive investments in future projects that you will soon see.

In the past 48 months we have designed over 650 models for our range, and delivered over 205000 miniatures to our backers and customers, facing some rough circumstances and unexpected issues.

Heresy is another of my visions coming to reality (hopefully).

KS Exclusive Miniature!

This Kickstarter sees a collaboration with Sophie, this model will be an 7.00€ add-on that will be available in the pledge manager after the Kickstarter is over.  After that a limited set of models will be available on her site hobbyistgirl.com till it ends and no longer made. Some of this model funds will go to sponsor her site and amazing work.

Scale

Models are scaled to match the majority of the SciFi scales on the market.

Primaris Space Marine from Games-Workshop using Heresylab conversion bits, is for scale reference only.

STL Files

We do not release any Commercial License sorry.

All STL files will be delivered as soon as ready and not before filling up the pledge manager.  We will make sure all files are 100% printable and both unsupported and supported versions will be provided.

Add-Ons

The whole Heresylab line of models both resin and digital will be available in the pledge manager.

And with the cooperation with hobbyistgirl we also have a KS exclusive model you can get in the pledge manager with a 7.00€ addition.

Disclaimer

NO commercial licensing.

By backing this Kickstarter you are financially helping us paying for the production cost of the models, your contribution will be used for this purpose. What does it grant you? Well in the first instance you will be involved in it as much as we can, and can suggest and participate in the development of our models. And second not less important you will get the models before any store, and before they go on our store at a great discount.

In the past 2 years we have successfully completed and delivered over 20 Kickstarters, only one was delayed, some were sent early. On our end we will do all we can to make sure to meet the deadline, but some unforeseen issues may delay such estimate. This year the COVID caused us many issues, but even this time we managed to mail the KS in time.

REFUNDS:

Due to related expenses and taxes we pay on our projects, No full refunds will be given 14 days after the end of the Kickstarter. After this date you can get a refund of the value minus 35% or a credit equivalent to your pledge to spend on our store. The credit will not have an expiration date.

Another deadline will be the Pledge Manager, it is your responsibility to fill it before the closing date. Not filing the pledge manager causes us a lot of issues. If you miss the closing date all your credit will be given to you to spend on our store. No refunds will be given.

SHIPPING:

With 20+ Kickstarter on our back, we have noticed some trends that we will like to avoid in the future. Is the backer responsibility to follow the package once is marked shipped. We upload the tracking on Backerkit who sends an email to inform the customer. If you fail to follow the package and don’t pickup it up, this will return to us. We will sure send you the models again, but the customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping cost. Also we always post a deadline to report missing packages, if you miss that deadline no refund will be given for lost packages. So please follow and read the updates when we send them out.

Of course, each case will be evaluated and adjusted as needed as we always do.

As with all our campaigns there will be only one place you can send a question about this KS. This is our dedicated mail: ASSIST@GHERESYLAB.COM We state this in all our KS, both in the updates and page. But seem like many don’t read. Any message on FB, Messenger, KS, WhatsApp or another mean will be ignored, sorry we don’t want to be rude, But is impossible for us to follow all the requests if sent to too many means.

Risks and challenges

I have participated in several successfully completed crowdfunding projects in the past and I am confident that rewards will be delivered. In crowdfunding projects there are always certain variables that could escape the initial plan. As a consequence there is always the possibility of a delay in delivery. These delays are typically caused by last minute additions to the campaign, such as new Stretch Goals, or are a delay within the shipping process itself such as problems with customs releasing the goods, or a delay by one or more manufacturers involved in the project. Up to date we ran and delivered on time 19 of 20 Kickstarter, even with the COVID emergency we delivered a few days after what we promised. STL files are for personal use and not to be used for any commercial use. You will not be allowed to generate any profit by using the files to print and sell the models, or selling the files or derivate from it.
