Debbie’s Diner: STL Kickstarter

Auf Kickstarter gibt es ein verlassenes American Diner zum selber drucken.

Debbie’s Diner 3d printable STL Files – Pay what you want

Solo Miniatures Debbie's Diner 1

This is a Pay What You Want campaign. Obtain the base STL Files for as little as $1 USD.

Welcome back to Quiet Ville

„Our Goal is to Cleanse your Soul“

„If you want juicy meat, Debbie’s Diner is the place to eat!“
Debbie’s Diner the best (and only) place to grab a bite in Quiet Ville. It became quite popular because of „Debbie’s famous meat pies“.

The pies were so good, nobody ever wondered where the ingredients to make them came from… since there weren’t any cows in Quiet Ville, or any other animals for that matter.
Debbie was a kind woman,  specially to young strong men who often helped her running errands or doing repairs to the Diner, including the Diner’s roof, were the air conditioning control room was, which was weird since the diner didn’t have any air conditioning. Nobody cared about that, they were happy to help, as a grateful gesture the next day Debbie would offer 2×1 on meat pies or sometimes even an „All you can eat buffet“. Nobody ever saw the kind men who offered their help again, but nobody cared about that, the pies were awesome!

The ProjectThis is a PAY WHAT YOU WANT campaign. You can pay as low as $1 for the base model or  pay a little extra to get the all you can eat buffet. Either way all contributions are much appreciated!

The assets are worth more than $1 for sure but I am doing this because im starting my  miniature businness. And after having a really succesfull first campaign (thanks guys!) I want my models to reach as much people as possible.

Debbie’s Diner is my second project in 28/32mm abandoned – vintage – stylized (if that is even a thing?) terrain and more is planned in the months to come. The idea is to bring every building in Quiet Ville to life, which will happen eventually (still trying to decide if I release them one at a time or I take the time to make a whole set), but every building will come soon enough. Every building will showcase a „darkest secret“ area. Join me in exploring Quiet Ville darkest secrets!

This model features fully detailed playable interiors, working doors and customizable windows.
Everything is optimized for FDM printers, you will be able to print every part without supports. Unfortunetly I don’t own a resin printer, so i won’t be able to give you details on how to print the model on one of those beautiful machines.

Model dimensions:248x245x150mm

It’s a big model, I will provide full sized pieces for large printers, and also sliced parts to fit at least an Ender 3V2 or rectangular shaped beds like the one on the Dremel 3d 45.I’m a bit of a seam maniac, so if you notice an unusual way of cutting the pieces please don’t laugh, I did my best to hide all seams. With the help of super glue and the provided pegs you’ll be set!

I will include the roof STL without the „couplings“(?), you know, those pyramidal thingies where the top floor seats on?. Just in case you dont want to use the first floor.

Also the „Diner“ signs are detachable

The empty air conditioning control room on the top floor…. where countless of Debbie’s victi…..erm… customers were last seen. People on their way to the Diner wondered why there was such an unconventional, impractical, unlocked, openable from the inside only, door to nowhere located on the first floor.

…whatever, let’s eat!

Welcome back to Loud Ville!
„If you want to feel like new, Ma‘ Suzette will take care of you!“

Ma‘ (short for Madame) Suzette ran the world famous (pff) „Suzette’s Saloon“ at Loud Ville back in the day. It was the go-to place if you wanted to have fun, and by fun i mean bore you to death, since there wasn’t really much to do. I searched the records and i found this saloon was the only one ever not selling booze to it’s clients…..Moving on.

Suzette was famous for hosting the weekly poker tournament at the Saloon. She was an avid player and a constant loser for that matter. Everybody wanted to enter the tournament because of the first place prize, which Ma‘ Suzette would give personally to the winer at her private chambers, located on top of the Saloon. Nobody ever saw the tournament winers again…. which didn’t matter, Suzette would offer a great Beef Jerky banquet to all her customers during the next week’s tournament. Hey, at least it was something…

Suzette’s Saloon
-Included in $10 USD/MX$200 and up pledges.

I know what you are thinking, „Where are the Stretch Goals?“, „Why not save you the trouble and add everything as Stretch Goals?“

Well,I was going to add pretty much everything as Stretch Goals but It sounded kind of redundant. I wanted to try something different and be completely clear about this campaign’s rewards. Offering you the chance to really pay for what you want, good or bad idea? who knows, time will tell. I felt I owed you guys at least that much for the awesome support you gave me on my first project. Now, if this project does really well at $4000 USD I will add an extra window option!….just kidding….or not?

Test Prints
Please bear in mind i just started 3d printing, (and my printer died after printing all these…) the print/pictures quality may not reflect the model quality. Every piece has/will be tested before release.

All models have been tested on a FDM printer with a 0.2mm layer height and 0.4 nozzle, test printed everything succesfully without any supports and standard printing settings, 10% gyroid infill.

*The character miniatures shown on the pictures are not part of the project nor my design, they are there just for scale purposes. They are zombicide miniatures, Heroic 28mm.

Find the seams and you get a prize!…jk…

Again I’m sorry about the print quality, also about the paint on the second floor…my kid decided he wanted to collaborate on this project..

The sliced pieces have holes and pegs in case you want to glue them together which I didn’t for testing purposes.

Also the front columns will have some extra supports for the center roofing, as you can see on the renderings.
