Resin miniature art in 54mm scale
Hi and welcome to our sixth kickstarter campaign. This time a very short and sweet one. Out of Blad Morana’s mind comes Domination. This is a concept I felt in love with the very moment I saw it and I knew this would make a very cute miniature. For that, the sculpt had to be done by someone with the right style and Ismael Nieto was the obvious choice for the job.
From extraordinary talent one can only expect extraordinary results and that’s exactly what we have here. A beautiful 54mm scale miniature that will be very fun to paint. This time we offer a single pledge level of the miniature casted in resin. Blad did not want this to be released digitally and we are honouring her wishes on that matter. No STL files this time.
The model is 75mm tall, the base is 50mmx50mm and consists of 8 pieces: base, teddy bear’s arm, rabbit’s ear, legs, torso, bun L, bun R and wand. They are all easy to assemble, with good key connections. The buns have the letters R and L marked so you know in which side they go. The wand needs a bit more care since it’s so thin, but otherwise, putting the model together is very straight forward.
The model offers a wide set of textures to practice your painting skills: skin, silk, leather and different fabrics. The want is perfect to practice OSL as well.
As you can imagine, there’s no bold kickstarter without stickers. It’s also a great way to admire the work that inspired this piece. Each model will be shipped with a sticker depicting the original art work.

Finally, to inspire you on color schemes and to see every detail a bit better than in a render, Jero Carmona was kind enough to paint the miniature to show it in this campaign. Enjoy 🙂
We usually offer the STL files for all our miniatures but not this time. Blad was very specific that in order to give her permission for this collaboration, we should not distribute the files.
If you usually get our STLs, consider getting a resin copy this time. The quality is ensured 🙂
Production will start right after the Kickstarter ends and it’s expected to be finished by the end of November, which means we will probably be able to ship before the end of the year. Production will be carried out by Ciprian Negut, who is the best of the best when it comes to casting and has never had a delay in any of our previous projects. Important to note as well that the master copy is already with Ciprian, who has inspected it and approved it for production.
You might have noticed that there’s a limit on 200 (180 in pledge + 20 on addons) copies on the pledge level. This is because that’s all we’re going to produce in this batch, so if you want it, get it now, as we don’t know when we will produce more copies.
Versand:
Shipping is intended to happen before the end of the year, which is great for a kickstarter campaign. I do want to highlight however that I’m not guaranteeing delivery by Christmas. A lot of things can happen and I don’t want you to be disappointed if it doesn’t get there in time.
