The A-Case MPG is a 3D printed magnetic painting grip for miniatures. By providing a comfortable grip of your miniature during painting, it allows for a better workflow and improved results. Thanks to our clever design, you have easy access to the model from all sides and angles.

As with most of our products, the technology behind the MPG is based on magnets, allowing you to work with multiple miniatures at the same time. An ergonomic shape to the handle reduces repetitive wrist strain and results in increased comfort and productivity.

The MPG comes with an exchangeable magnetic head. An integrated steel plate on top means that you don’t have to worry about the polarity of the magnets attached to the base of your model. Magnetizing the base of a miniature allows you to build a clean, strong, and non-destructive „bond“ between the base and the MPG. In other words – just glue the magnet to the bottom of the base of your miniatures, or to an element you would like to paint – attach it to the grip and it’s ready to go! To start working on other miniatures, just switch the head for another one at any time.

We have created five different designs as an answer to your various needs and painting preferences.

Some of our Beta-testers have immediately chosen their favorite shape, while some couldn’t decide on just one, and some enjoyed all of them! In addition to this, the variety of our paint heads help organize bigger projects by placing the same units on the same paint heads to achieve similar results.

We are aware of the many preferences on how to hobby in the gaming community. You might be entrenched in your ways and initially skeptical about our solutions. Rest assured that we have great respect for Blu Tack and Putty! For that reason, we designed the MPG in a way that allows you to combine both solutions into an ultimate Painting Grip! Don’t get us wrong, we’re still all about magnetized bases, but it’s not about us – it’s all about your comfort and satisfaction.

At this stage, we can only estimate the cost of shipping, which is based on the current pricing given to us by the National Post for register mail service. The cost of shipping is not included in the rewards and is collected after the campaign in the Pledge Manager.
