Kingpin of Dunkeldorf: Neue Previews

Sven Wentzel, brewer of the bitter and rather unpopular ale „Sven’s Bitter“ and leader of the ruthless „DB“ gang operating in Dunkeldorf.

Sven prides himself in his masterplans and during this year’s Mond Festival, he’ll execute his greatest plan of them all.

Once his plan has unfolded, he’ll have conquered the Dunkeldorf underworld, be in control of all smuggling operations in town, have knocked out all ale competition and will be selling the greatest and only ale in Dunkeldorf, but most importantly, he’ll have settled some scores with those damned halflings, especially the little fat one from that shitty inn „The Prancing Peacock“.

The group is led by Engel Hexenspur a veteran Witch Hunter with many years of experience. Her protégé Johannes Konrad Koch has followed her through thick and thin during the last 4 years.

They regularly hire mercenaries to help them with their hunts and this time they’ve ended up with quite the band of misfits heading towards Dunkeldorf together with them.

We’ll show more members of the three factions in the near future, including the latest sculpts!

Christian Schwager once again did an excellent job in drawing these two grim characters and we hope you like them as well!

Claudia’s uncle „Günther“ works as a barber-surgeon and it happens quite a lot that the gang comes to his shop „Shears & Bandages“ when they need patching up. Claudia and Arnold „Nine-Toes“ have been a bit of an „on-off item“ for many years, much to Günther’s disdain as he’s convinced that Arnold dragged Claudia into the Dunkeldorf underworld and crime (It’s actually the other way around).

After a rather severe injury to Arnold’s arm a couple of years ago, Günther „patched“ him up and to this day, Arnold is still convinced that his arm actually didn’t need to be amputated and it was just Günther getting back at him. Claudia, of course, dismisses this as nonsense while Günther isn’t saying much on the subject.

During the Kickstarter we’ll tell more about Claudia and the other characters. Things are moving along pretty well with the Kickstarter preparation, we’re not 100% sure when we’ll launch yet, but it’s definitely in less than two months now. We really want to have as much prepared as possible before launching and we’re getting there!
