We are very pleased to release a range of 15mm Early Samurai, up to and including the Mongol invasions, when experience with Mongol armour seems to have led to the adoption of the katana. (These models have the tachi.) Available now:

Here are a few examples of the new items. One is the Shogun, a noble retainer holding his helmet, and hero or messenger wearing a horo; a second is mounted Samurai archers in o-yoroi; and a third is retainers with naginata, hoko (spear), or kumade (bear claw grappling spear).
