HERESYLAB – we have many years experience in the hobby, both as hobbyists and including 20 years of experience in manufacturing metal, resin and plastic models. Over the past 30 months we I have designed over 500 models for our range, and delivered over 100000 miniatures to our backers and customers, through tough circumstances and unexpected issues.

All the Heresylab models will be available in the pledge manager. Both in resin or digital format, and with a special discounted KS price.

Pledge Levels

Resin Models

There is only one resin pledge level. How to pledge then? Is simple… add the cost of each models you want.  The price is listed below each model picture. 

Select the 1€ basic perk pledge, edit the amount to match the total cost of the models you want and place your pledge.

At the end of the Kickstarter in the pledge manager you will be able to select the models you want up to the value of your pledge.

Digital Files Details

Digital Pledges will give you only the STL file for the selected model. No physicals good will be released. Files will be released approximately a month before the actual resin models get mailed.

STL Tier 1 – 1 model – You can choose one (1) model from the ones available and unlocked during the campaign. No freebies apply. (Add-On models only do not apply and KS exclusive do not apply)

STL Tier 10 – 10 model – You can choose ten (10) model from the ones available and unlocked during the campaign.  No freebies apply. (Add-On models only do not apply and KS exclusive do not apply)

STL Tier ALL-IN+ (All models) – You get all the models from this campaign + any pertinent unlocked stretch model. Add-On only models also included.

These models are quite big and require solid packaging, to do so we will only ship via Registered Express Mail. No matter how many models you get there is one price.

We now have a new courier, so each shipment will have online tracking and email notifications.

The models are US, CA, UK and EUROPE friendly… no import taxes. We do ship them to the country in bulk then dispatched from there with local mail.

Digital Files Details

What you can do with and not with our files…

You CAN:

– Modify and print the files for personal use.

– You can use portions of our files to create new models for personal use.

– You can post images and impressions of your print on any media as long as it is not for commercial purposes.

You CAN’T:

– You CAN’T sell, distribute, share them both in digital or physical format.

– You CAN’T use them for any sort of mass production of any kind.

– You CAN’T share the files with other people or on any web platform or media.

– You CAN’T make a profit of any sort using these files.

Pre-Supported Files

ATLAS 3D will be making all our models pre-supported. They have a lot of experience with this having been working with several big companies. Our selection was based on We chose to work with ATLAS 3D due to their well earned and deserved reputation of providing top quality results. At 15.000€ all the models unlocked during this KS will have pre-supported files.

Estimated Delivery

Up to date we have run over 20 Kickstarters in the past 2 years, the majority of them were delivered in time. The first one was delivered a month after expected as we had some serious issues to solve. The last 2 had a few month delays due to some family emergencies and COVID related delays.  But there are always conditions we can not predict that may cause a delay: for example if the Kickstarer grows faster then expected and extra models will be made, or in exceptional situations like those caused by COVID-19. In these situations we always do our best to communicate with you, and clear communication is a priority. We have set a 4 month delivery time, instead of our usual 3 for this KS, but we are positive there are chances this KS may be shipped way earlier.

Disclaimer

By backing this Kickstarter you are financially helping us paying for the production cost of the models, your contribution will be used for this purpose. What does it grant you? Well in the first instance you will be involved in it as much as we can, and can suggest and participate in the development of our models. And second not less important you will get the models before any store, and before they go on our store at a great discount.

In the past 2 years we have successfully completed and delivered over 20 Kickstarters, only one was delayed, some were sent early. On our end we will do all we can to make sure to meet the deadline, but some unforeseen issues may delay such estimate. This year the COVID caused us many issues, but even this time we managed to mail the KS in time.

REFUNDS:

Due to related expenses and taxes we pay on our projects, No full refunds will be given 14 days after the end of the Kickstarter. After this date you can get a refund of the value minus 50% or a credit equivalent to your pledge to spend on our store. The credit will not have an expiration date. The 50% retained amount is kept to pay for taxes, fees and handling fees we get charged once Kickstarter releases the funds.
Another deadline will be the Pledge Manager, it is your responsibility to fill it before the closing date. Not filing the pledge manager causes us a lot of issues. If you miss the closing date all your credit will be given to you to spend on our store. No refunds will be given.

SHIPPING:

With 20+ Kickstarter on our back, we have noticed some trends that we will like to avoid in the future. Is the backer responsibility to follow the package once is marked shipped. We upload the tracking on Backerkit who sends an email to inform the customer. If you fail to follow the package and don’t pickup it up, this will return to us. We will sure send you the models again, but the customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping cost. Also we always post a deadline to report missing packages, if you miss that deadline no refund will be given for lost packages. So please follow and read the updates when we send them out.

Of course, each case will be evaluated and adjusted as needed as we always do.
