Word Bearers Legion Praetor – 28,00 Euro
Praetors are the mightiest warriors and battle-leaders of the Space Marine Legions, second only to the god-like Primarchs in martial skill and generalship. These lords of the Imperium hold the power of life and death over whole worlds. This is just as true in the XVII Legion, as they bring the blinding darkness of Old Night.
This model is covered in Colchisian runes and other Word Bearers symbols, making it really stand out on the battlefield. They come armed with a power sword and a plasma pistol. You also get a choice of heads – one is bare and the other wears a helmet.

Word Bearers Legion Terminator Praetor – 33,00 Euro

Only the mightiest of these warriors were gifted a suit of Terminator armour to wear in battle. These lords of the Imperium hold the power of life and death over whole worlds. This is just as true in the XVII Legion, as they bring the blinding darkness of Old Night.
This model is covered in Colchisian runes and other Word Bearers symbols such as piping flame motifs, making it really stand out on the battlefield. They come armed with a combi-melta and a burning mace, which could represent a number of in-game weapons. You also get a choice of heads – one is bare and the other wears a helmet.

Wie sind die eigentlich von der Größe her? Mit den Schrumpfmarines vergleichbar oder eher in Primarisgröße?
Das sind noch die schönen alten marines von ihrer Größe, aber etwas schlanker proportioniert und dadurch wirken sie nicht so knubbelig
Müssten die dann nicht eher den neuen Chaos Marines entsprechen? Die sind doch auch n Tick größer, als die old school Dosen oder?
Nein, die entsprechen den klassischen Marines, da bei The Horus Heresy die Word Bearers gerade erst zu den allerersten CSM werden. Es gibt in dem System einfach keine CSM, wie wir sie kennen.
Täusche ich mich, oder sind die ForgeWorld-Figuren mittlerweile auch auf GW-Standard-Niveau bemalt? Viel besser.
