Test of Honour: Previews

Grey For Now Games geben ein Update was zurzeit bei Test of Honour im Hintergrund läuft.

New Sculptor

I’m very pleased to say that Stavros Zouliatis has been busy working on a new set of miniatures for the game. Stavros is behind Footsore’s Warring Clans range, so many of you will already have some of his work and be familiar with the lovely hand-sculpted detail.

Ikko-ikki Peasant Militia

His first assignment is some Ikko-ikki Peasants – rebellious commoners inspired by charismatic priests to defy the rule of the samurai! Here’s a preview of three of the new models:

These guys will also serve very well as bandits, paupers or even ‚plain-clothed‘ ninjas!

Sohei Warrior Monks

Meanwhile, our ‚regular‘ sculptor, the awesome Rob MacFarlane is busy with a set of Sohei monks – the ideal addition to any Ikko force. There are already quite a few ’standard‘ monk models out there, so we are doing a mounted leader, a standard bearer and other new troop types.

I’ll get these new minis on sale as fast as possible – during April with a bit of luck.

Shipping Changes

OK this bit’s dull but important! Starting this month, Footsore will no longer be posting out orders for testofhonour.com – instead I’ll be running things myself from the brand new Grey For Now dispatch hub (ie, a rented room with some shelves!!!).

Not only that, but I’m switching over to tracked courier shipping for all orders. Over Christmas a lot of orders disappeared into the Royal Mail void, which was annoying for those effected and stressful for me. This change should give us better service and more visibility of exactly where your parcels are.

This does mean price changes for some destinations, so keep an eye during checkout. Once all the details are worked out I’ll post on the Facebook page.

Lastly, there may be some disruption as we make the change over – please be patient with me!
