Microworld Games: 6mm Fantasy Crusader Kickstarter

Welcome to Microworld Games inaugural Kickstarter to complete the funding of a 6mm fantasy Crusader Kingdoms army. We have been releasing 6mm fantasy miniatures since all the way back in 2009 and if this project funds, it will be the 19th unique fantasy army we have on offer.

We are turning to KS for this release because we have literally tons of large projects in development across the smaller scales, and lots of armies we would like to see the light of day. We are hoping that the Kickstarter model of funding will give us the boost we need to speed up our release schedule and better support the eclectic range of miniatures we would like to offer.

We have 6 packs available for the initial launch, with 8 additional packs to be unlocked over a series of stretch goals.

The initial packs are as follows, with all packs having as even a distribution of poses as possible:

CK01 Crusader Command Pack: 24 miniatures in 8 poses

CK02 Crusader Trebuchet: 1 Trebuchet (3 parts) and 3 crewmen (base not included)

CK03 Crusader Foot Knights: 60 miniatures in 3 poses

CK04 Crusader Lancer Cavalry: 20 miniatures in 3 poses

CK05 Conscript halberdiers: 60 miniatures in 3 poses

CK06 Conscript Bowmen: 60 miniatures in 2 poses

There will be 4 pledge levels available, each one representing a discount over when these will eventually be available for sale direct from our store.

Crusader Sampler Pack: 

• 60 Infantry models, 12 cavalry / special models, 1 of each command model and a Trebuchet.
  While the infantry and special / cavalry models can be made up of a mix of any of the appropriate packs which are available, including those that get unlocked, but all poses will be included in equal numbers. So for example, you could not request 18 of a specific pose from the foot knight pack, it would have to be 6 of each pose.

Crusader Standard Bundle:

• 3 infantry packs, 1 special / cavalry pack, a command pack and 1 Trebuchet

Crusader Army Bundle:

• 6 infantry packs, 2 special / command packs, 1 Trebuchet

Crusader Mega Bundle:

• 10 infantry packs, 5 special / cavalry packs, 2 command packs and 1 Trebuchet

Add-Ons

If you would like to add additional Crusader Kingdom packs onto your pledge, the discounted KS prices are:

– $9 per infantry or cavalry / special pack

– $5 for the Command pack or Trebuchet

Since many people may also be entirely new to Microworld Games, or existing customers may want to bolster their armies, we will make the entire 6mm fantasy catalogue available to purchase as optional add-ons:

To add an optional Add-on, click „manage my Pledge“ in the top right corner of the Kickstarter page and enter the value of the additional items you would like. Ex: if you have pledged at the sampler pack level ($15), but would also like to add on 2 packs of skeleton swordsmen, simply increase your pledge by $20 ($10*2) to a total of $35

Shipping

All pledges shipping to backers in the US will have a flat $7 shipping fee.

Please note, this is not an EU or UK friendly campaign, insofar as all pledges will be shipping from the US and so required all taxes and tariffs will have to be paid by the backer. That being said, all international (outside US) shipping will be a standard flat rate of $13, regardless of pledge size

Please do not include shipping in your pledge total. All backers will receive an invoice for shipping from my store once their pledge is ready to ship.
