Sorry aber durch die Bank zu teuer.
Ja da musste ich auch schlucken. Die Qualität ist zwar um einiges besser geworden, aber leider noch immer nicht top.
Die Nightstalkers gefallen mir durch die Bank recht gut. Die Menschen fallen dagegen deutlich ab. Vollkomen unnatürliche, steife Posen und überdimensionierte, alberne LARP Waffen.
Wie immer bei Mantic ein sehr gemischter Output.
Ich finde die Nordmänner ziemlich cool, wären mal wieder ein Kandidat für den Einsatz als Schwertfutter im RPG. Der Marktführer ist je nach Vergleichsbox 50%+ teurer, und alberne Posen und Waffen hat man dort auch zu bieten. Gut, dass es Fantasy ist.
Der Thegn ist cool. Aber wenn man Barbaren Regimenter braucht, ist man mit den Frostgrave Barbaren besser bedient.
Ich mag Mantic. Aber ich musste auch bei den Preisen für die Nordmänner schlucken. An sich sind die Modelle gut und ich bereue es nicht, mir die Grundbox gekauft zu haben, doch bei den Regimentern werde ich leider passen. Dorns.Fist hat da schon recht, die Frostgrave Barbaren sind eine sehr gute bis bessere Alternative. Die Charaktermodelle sind nach meiner Meinung sehr gut und auch preislich fair.
Bezüglich der Preise für die Barbaren: Da muss man mal gucken, woher das kommt. DIe kosten nämlich ohne Zusatzteile 25 Euro für 20 Modelle. Diese Sets da oben kommen aufgrund der Zweihand-Hämmer bzw. Bögen auf ihren Preis. Und das war bei den Skelettbogenschützen auch schon so.
Bezüglich der Frostgrave Barbaren: Der Vergelich hinkt ein wenig, da diese im Endeffekt dasselbe kosten (nämlich so knapp an die 25 Euro für 20 Modelle, aber dasselbe Problem haben die die Kameraden da oben. da sind gerade mal 12 Zweihandwaffen und 4 Bögen in der Box. ENtsprechend bewaffnete Regimenter lassen sich so auch nicht darstellen.
Und damit sind wir bei den verhältnismäßig saftigen Preisen dieser Upgradekits, die das eigentliche Problem darstellen. Für die Zweihandwaffen hätte ich sogar eine kostengünstigere Lösung: Fireforge Games bieten Waffensets aus Plastik an (Habe ich mir für meine KoW-Teufelchen auch ein Set geholt) und da gibt es zumindest für Zweihandwaffen sehr schöne Lösungen, man muss aber etwas umbauen. Nur für die Bögen fällt mir nix ein.
Mal wieder die gewohnte top Mantic Qualität. Da passt alles. Das Design ist grandios und der Preis ist für das gebotene mehr als angemessen. Klasse
Ich bezweifle das du die Figuren zusammengebaut und aus der Nähe gesehen hast.
Woher willst du Aussagen zur Qualität treffen können? Meine Erfahrungen mit den letzten Bausätzen waren ernüchternd. Schlechte Passgenauigkeit, viele Gussgrate und je nach Modell ist der Aufbau ohne Anleitung ein Puzzle.
Ich bin daher skeptisch.
Da ich die Box allerdings nicht habe, kann ich keine Aussage zur Qualität treffen.
Aber der Preis hat GW-Niveau. Und so groß mein Groll gegen GW wegen des Niedergangs von Fantasy und der Frechheit AoS (Das ist genauso ein Nachfolger von Fantasy wie Eishockey Nachfolger von Squash ist.) auch ist – Preis-Leistung stehen bei GW in einem besseren Verhältnis als bei Mantic.
Das war vor 1-2 Jahren noch anders…
Durchaus nette Püppchen dabei und bei den Einzelfiguren sind auch die Preise durchaus o.k.. Aber die Preise für Regimenter sind mir zu teuer und es nützt mir gar nix dass ich bei GW nur die Hälfte der Puppen zu einem unverschämten Preis bekäme.😁
Ich finde die Regimentspreise völlig ok. Das sind ~2€ pro Miniatur un die gefallen mir auch noch alle.
