Joan of Arc: Rechtsstreit beigelegt
Hi everyone,
This week, we have a very important announcement to make. As you know, we have had some disagreements in recent months with Pascal BERNARD, author of the game Time of Legends: Joan of Arc. We are very pleased to announce that today we have reached an agreement to end all these difficulties. Time of Legends: Joan of Arc version 1.5 will therefore be able to be completed with complete peace of mind and delivered to you at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year. We thank you for your trust and support.
Let us give some more clarifications, but please bear in mind that we cannot go into much detail. The Joan of Arc v1 scenarios have mostly been revised, with the core scenario book being the only one that has not been shared with you. The Teutonic Knights scenarios have been developed to their greatest extent, with only one not having been developed at all. This agreement has added an extra step to the file verification process, which includes the author of the game crosschecking the files and giving their approval before they go to the factory. This means that some delay that was not initially planned will be added to the delivery of the game. Both parties will work as fast as possible in order to have everything verified. Please also bear in mind that in China, the factories are still not operating in 100% capacity and they still have social distancing regulations enforced, which means that they are working slower than normal. We are going to go to print with Joan of Arc right after this wave of production of the rest of our games finishes (Super Fantasy Brawl, Solomon Kane and Enchanters). At this point it is still uncertain how things will be by the time that we send the files to the factory and start our printing process, but of course, we will keep you posted in due time.
Also, please note, that we are taking the necessary steps for the restoration of the Kickstarter page, which will hopefully be done soon. We would like to thank you for your trust and support, and we hope that you are as happy for this resolution as are we!
That’s it for now! As always, you can check our weekly Newscast with Sam Healey at the end of this update. And don’t forget that Leo will be live tonight at 6pm GMT/1pm EDT on our YouTube channel with his Q&A and Live in English and right after, at 8:30 pm Paris time with a Q&A and Live in French, so tune in if you have any questions.

in Stichpunkten:
