FW: The Horus Heresy Band 9 und Lion El’Jonson
Die Horus Heresy geht mit Band 9 – Crusade weiter, der Primarch der ersten Legion, Lion El’Jonson von den Dark Angels und eine Menge Würfel kommen von Forge World.
Lion El’Jonson – Primarch of the Dark Angels Legion – 105,00 Euro
Lion El’Jonson was regarded as the most pragmatic and ruthlessly efficient commander of the Great Crusade. His was the task of rooting out those threats which the Imperium most feared, and he undertook it with peerless valour. During the Great Crusade, under his command, the remorseless Dark Angels acted not for glory and honours but only for victory, to vanquish their foes and to leave the enemies of Mankind in quiet and forgotten ruin.
Lion El’Jonson is sculpted in the midst of battle, swinging his sword down to slay the enemies of the Emperor. He can be assembled wielding either the Lion Sword or the Wolf Blade and even comes with a different scabbard for each. You can also decide whether the Primarch of the I Legion wears the legendary Lion Helm to complete his armour, known as the Leonine Panoply, or he goes bare headed. His gaming base features Lion El’Jonson standing atop a flight of rocky steps. This slots into a larger display base which creates a diorama where he is surrounded by defeated (or soon to be defeated) Night Lords.
The Primarch of the Dark Angels is supplied in 44 resin components, including a choice of two heads and a choice of sword and accompanying scabbard. He is supplied with a 40mm gaming base, which slots into an 80mm display base.
Rules for using Lion El’Jonson in games of The Horus Heresy can be found in The Horus Heresy Book Nine – Crusade.
The Horus Heresy Book Nine – Crusade – 103,04 Euro
As the Warmaster Horus sets in motion his plans to conquer Terra, a vicious and bloody battle breaks out on the Eastern Fringe. The Night Lords begin a war of terror in the Thramas System and the Dark Angels race to stop them. What follows are some of the most vicious conflicts of the entire heresy, with no quarter given on either side. As the Night Haunter slips into total madness, can Lion El’Jonson defeat his brother, or will Thramas burn in the name of the Warmaster?
Crusade contains extensive background on the Thramas campaign fought between the Dark Angels and the Night Lords, and it delves into the history, traditions and heraldry of both Legions. There is also a new Horus Heresy army list for the Dark Angels and an updated one for the Night Lords, plus there are additional units for any Space Marines Legion and extra choices for the Solar Auxilia, Imperialis Militia, and Cults. The book also features four new missions that let you recreate parts of the Thramas campaign, and new options for campaigns including Grand Stratagems, pressing Tactical Advantages and Warlord/Named Character deaths.
Inside you will find:
– A detailed background of the brutal Thramas campaign
– A history of the Dark Angels Legion
– A look at the Night Lords and their descent into heresy
– Legiones Astartes Appendix: Dark Angels – special rules, wargear, units, and Characters
– Legiones Astartes Appendix: Night Lords – special rules, wargear, units, and Characters
