Shipping will be charged after the campaign ends, in the post-campaign Pledge Manager. We plan to offer the best shipping rate we can to backers while making sure your game arrives in the best possible condition. We will be working with Quartermaster Logistics for the US and other well-respected fulfillment partners in the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and Asia.

We have already begun working with these partners and are currently seeing shipping prices between $15 – $30 USD for most backers in the US, UK. EU, CA, AU/NZ, China, and Asia, but as the project grows with stretch goals this may change for some regions. We will keep you up to date on the current shipping estimates as they are revised, but be aware that we will not be able to custom quote everyone during the campaign. For backers outside those regions, we will ensure that we ship from the most cost-effective locations.

2020 has seen shipping prices fluctuate greatly and we are expecting that trend to continue into next year. Additionally, some changes are being put in place for EU/UK customs in 2021 that may affect shipping prices going forward in those countries. Note that this will NOT affect us providing customs-friendly shipping to our backers.

Please note that shipping is also notoriously unreliable in some regions such as Russia and Brazil. Because of high loss and damage rates, Arcane Wonders will not be able to reship lost packages to these countries without additional cost. We certainly welcome citizens of Megalopolis from all these regions, but please be aware of this before backing.
