Hello, guys!
How are you? Hope you are healthy and safe – we`re ok, by the way.
Still working on new projects, making miniatures, packing, sending. Obviously, we`re experiencing some complications with logistics this days, so thing are slower, than usual. And mails and customs are not in very good shape right now, all around the world. Some parcels are stuck at customs, for weeks, even for month. It`s frustrating, I know, but we can`t do anything about that, and we have no influence over that situations, since parcel is sent.
So, that is what I`m about – we are very grateful for your continuous support (which is ENORMOUS and truly heartwarming), but – if you`re not willing to wait for your order month or even more, you should not make an order until the situation will be better. Seriously, guys, better save some money for the future. I guarantee that all orders will be shipped, if something will be lost in between – we`ll send again or refund, no problem. But – I repeat – it takes time this days, a lot of time.
Stay safe, guys, and take care of yourselves and your loved ones. Be kind. Be smart. Be responsible.
