The Thresher was the first interstellar Pungari starship encountered by the UCM, and indeed could be the first type the young race had even made.
The enthusiastic Pungari might not have the finesse of the other ships in the galaxy, but their ships are made robustly and have a huge number of crew.
While a great many Pungari were uplifted by the Shaltari and see them as benevolent overlords, there are yet more of this extremely populous race that will ally with whomever they deem convenient to further their aggressive goals. They even have been seen with Scourge growths on their ships – great enemy of mankind has obviously found a use for them as hosts, even if in limited numbers.
The Dropfleet Commander 2019 Event Exclusive miniature is something a little out of left field!
The Pungari Thresher Hive Ship is a brand new type of ship, one that echoes the design style of the Shaltari’s Aztec influences while being something wholly new to Dropfleet Commander. With a big, blocky design, the Thresher is a fitting example of what a barely space-ready race are able to make.
It may look like the Pungari are lacking in firepower, but in fact they fire out their primitive Boarding Torpedoes in all directions, using the might of massed Pungari infantry to destroy enemy ships from within. Frequently suicide missions, the numerous Pungari are all too willing to get into a fight!
The Thresher Hive Ship will only be at shows that TTCombat attends, and is available during those times right here on the webstore too.
Contains 1 resin miniature with plastic Dropfleet Commander base and flight stand.
Resin miniature supplied unpainted and unassembled. This kit will require cleaning and assembly, and could need some small holes filled.

The Columbus was the first full production walker-type unit to enter military service before the Scourge invasion. This was something of a test bed for technologies which would go on to influence future armies.

The EAA Columbus Battlewalker is a new type of vehicle, and has arrived in the TTCombat webstore just in time! Recovered during the Battle for Earth, the Columbus has been scavenged by Resistance forces as well as those of the UCM and PHR once they arrived planetside.
What it lacks in sleek design it more than makes up for in toughness and firepower! Able to be taken in UCM, PHR, and Resistance armies, this versatile walker is the perfect upgrade for forces ready to take back their homeworld!

Sehr cool, dass TTC diese blöden Flicken von den Resistance weggelassen hat. Ich hatte sie immer versucht unter der Farbe zu verstecken
Der Walker für Dropzone ist sehr interessant. Optisch klar eher ein UCM Design, aber irgendwo auch eine Art Vorläufer der PHR Walker.
Das Schiff für die neue Rasse von Dropfleet gefällt mir aber nicht so. Zu unruhig und als erstes großes Schiff einer Spezies ist es mir wieder zu durchdesignt. Erinnert mich auch etwas zu sehr an alte Firestorm Armada Zeiten und dort speziall an die Schiffe der Relthoza.
Was den Walker angeht, da hat wohl jemand in letzter Zeit zu viele Youtube Videos von General Dynamics gesehen *g*
Schau dir mal „Kill Command“ an… das ist dann die perfekte Weiterentwicklung… der Schluß ist zwar scheiße, aber das ist ja immer so…
Geil ist vor allem die Szene… äh, nein, ich will nicht spoilern… 😉
Beim Schiff dachte ich erst „cooles desing“ aber irgendwas war komisch. Dann hab ich Seitenprofil gesehen und das Ding ist einfach eine Pistole aus UT oder nem anderen Sci-Fi Shooter….selbst Kimme und Korn und Abzugschutz sind erkennbar…da war jemand ziemlich faul…

Dachte sofort an einen Staubsauger, eine neue Weltraumputze..^^
Und bei dem Walker..ist da nicht mindestens ein Beinpaar verkehrt herum?
Naja, das einzige was ich davon brauche sind für meine Enigma diese Walschiffe.:D
Ich dachte zuerst an ne Nerfgun, die mit Kleber beschmiert in ne Kiste Reisnägel oder Legosteinchen gefallen ist.
Auf jeden Fall eher an irgendeine Art Unfall, als an was designtes.
Ich find beide Designs echt furchtbar. Beim Walker macht die große Kuppel an der Front keinen Sinn. DZC und DFC hatte ich immer zumindest vom Design her halbwegs realitätsnah empfunden, das geht in eine komplett andere Richtung.
Bei dem Schiff, ist mir das Design zu krude. Hoffentlich kommen demnächst wieder passende Sachen.
