Command Frame revealed!
We have just received the first shots of the French Infantry command frame. There’s a bit of tweaking this week to be done before they’re ready for production (as normal), but Renedra are working their socks off to get it all done. Here are a few examples of what you can do with the parts from the frame.
We’ll show more painted examples of the boxes later.

Napoleonische Historicals sind nun wirklich nicht mein Thema, aber der Detailgrad, den die Perry’s an ihren Miniaturen ansetzen, ist schon beeindruckend. Wie ist der Guss denn in der Realität? Kann hier jemand etwas dazu sagen?

Die Kunststoffbausätze der Perrys sind sehr gut gegossen. Da hatte ich nie einen Grund zur Klage – höchstens, dass die Details wirklich alle an den Minis waren und bemalt werden wollten. Nur der Guss bei Zinnteilen lässt bei den Perrys manchmal zu wünschen übrig.
Ich bin auf jeden Fall begeistert von den neuen Sets. Endlich ist man mit dem Kommandogussrahmen nicht mehr gezwungen, auf Blister zurückzugreifen, wenn man nicht nur den Offizier und die Standarte will, sondern auch die Begleiter und den Sappeur.
