Knights of Dice: Mirrors of Tullarn Kickstarter
Von Knights of Dice läuft zurzeit ein Kickstarter für 28mm Fantasy Miniaturen.
Mirrors of Tullarn is a new range of 28mm miniatures from Knights of Dice, set in a distinctive fantasy setting and cast in glorious metal!
These characterful figures have been sculpted by Anton Ducrot (from Flytrap Factory) for tabletop miniature wargames and would look amazing in any fantasy setting, whether that is your Dungeons & Dragons or other roleplaying campaigns or as weary adventurers in your Frostgrave warbands or other tabletop games.
We are using this campaign to fund the production molds and the initial release of 28 figures from four factions, the Anram, Tarusa, Lahari and Saresh, in glorious white-metal! Hopefully (with your help!) we can also release a host additional figures in the form of freebies, add-ons and awesome stretch goals!
All the miniatures have been sculpted and master molds created, we simply need the funds to make the production molds to put these figures into full production.
With your help, we can bring these figures to market and hopefully get a good headstart on expanding the range quickly.
Kickstarter is a wonderful platform for creators to help see their visions realised. Whilst Knights of Dice is an established manufacturer and has been operating for a while now (so far we’ve funded everything ourselves) we have decided to use Kickstarter to help us launch this new range of figures in one big burst, rather than the more traditional ‚bit by bit as we generate revenue‘ approach.
We are hoping that by using Kickstarter we can reach a larger audience, introduce more people to Knights of Dice and if the campaign goes well, not only will we be able to release these figures in one burst, but make a good headstart on expanding the range quickly.
Your help will allow us to buy the rubber and metal we need to fire up ‚Grodd‘; our spin casting machine (all our big pieces of equipment are named after gorillas) and his companion ‚Winston‘; the vulcanizer, so we can produce all the production molds we need for this new range in house.
Pledges:
There are 8 simple pledge levels to choose from, we’ve broken them into easy to understand groups. Simply pick a pledge level, (each one represents a group of figures from the different factions), you’ll then receive any FREE STRETCH GOALS unlocked during the campaign … the more stretch goals that are unlocked, the more figures you get for free!
The Wanderer – no rewards, select this pledge to simply show your support! Thank you!
The Nomad – back the project at this level and you’ll receive the Kickstarter Exclusive ‚Void Witch‘, and gain access to the Add-ons and Stretch Goals to add more when they are unlocked. This pledge does not qualify for any free add-ons.
Anram Nobility – receive the 7 Anram figures, all FREE stretch goals, access to Add-Ons and the Kickstarter Exclusive figure – the Void Witch!
Tarusa Chieftain – receive the 7 Tarusa figures, all FREE stretch goals, access to Add-Ons and the Kickstarter Exclusive figure – the Void Witch!
Lahari Seafarer – receive the 7 Lahari figures, all FREE stretch goals, access to Add-Ons and the Kickstarter Exclusive figure – the Void Witch!
Saresh Labourer – receive the 7 Saresh figures, all FREE stretch goals, access to Add-Ons and the Kickstarter Exclusive figure – the Void Witch!
Warlord of Tullarn – You will receive all initial 28 figures from the Anram Nobility, Tarusa Chieftain, Lahari Seafarer & Saresh Labourer pledges. You’ll also receive all FREE stretch goals, access to add-ons and the Kickstarter Exclusive figure – the Void Witch!
All-In! – You will receive all 28 figures from the Anram Nobility, Tarusa Chieftain, Lahari Seafarer & Saresh Labourer pledges. You’ll also receive FOR FREE every unlocked stretch goal, add-on and the Kickstarter Exclusive ‚Void Witch‘! This pledge is a little bit of a gamble, but as the stretch goals start unlocking this pledge level really starts paying dividends!
*25mm Round slotted base included with every miniature.
The masters of time, the Anram live high on the highest peaks across Tullarn
Savage mountain clansmen, bent on domination and oppression!
Masters of the oceans, rivers and trade the Lahari wear the finest silks and flaunt oppulent treasures
Saresh tend to the fertile valleys and vast farmlands of Tullarn
A true Warlord knows how to bring people together, and then pitch them at each others throat!
If we reach our funding goal (we know you can do it!), every backer (excluding The Wanderer and The Nomad) immediately gets the Kickstarter Exclusive miniature .. the Void Witch for FREE!
She will be a true exclusive miniature, she will never be sold outside this campaign, and whilst that breaks our heart it’s our small way of saying “thank you, we couldn’t have done this without you”.
The Void Witch is a crumpled old crone, feared by those that are sensible and admired by those that are foolish. A once proud noble, her years spent manipulating the mystical energies that surround Tullarn has taken its toll. She now spends her days wandering the lands cursing all those that cross her path!
Stretch Goals und Add Ons:
We’ve got loads of awesome FREE stretch goals and paid Add-ons planned that will continue to expand on the number of figures you receive in your pledge as well as help us continue to expand the range!
After the campaign you can tell us what add ons you want in the pledge manager. Any unlocked freebies will be automatically added to your package – those you don’t need to worry about, they’ll just appear with the other figures in your box of goodies!
We have a great range of Add Ons planned for the campaign that will flesh out each faction and provide you with more glorious fantasy figures to add to your collections!
At the end of the campaign you can tell us in the pledge manager which figures you want as your rewards. To add an unlocked Add On to your rewards, simply increase the value of your pledge by the value of the Add On you want to include.
Versand:
Being primarily an MDF terrain producer we’re very used to shipping heavy packages all over the world. We use Australia Post and DHL Worldwide Express to send all our packages and in the thousands of packages we’ve sent, we can count on one hand the problems we’ve had.
We’re very fortunate though to be working with several fulfilment partners to help ease the costs of transporting toy soldiers around the world! Based on that, we’ve set shipping at $15 for each pledge level regardless of what you end up pledging for or how many add-ons you include in your pledge!
Your rewards will be sent from our fulfilment partners, if they are in your country there should be no extra customs duties or taxes payable, however please keep in mind you are responsible for any additional charges by your local customs or goverments.
We have fulfilment partners in:
USA, UK, EU, CANADA
If you do not have a fulfilment partner in your country you will receive your pledge directly from Knights of Dice. You will NOT have to pay additional shipping (we will take the hit at our end), but you may need to pay and charges incurred by your customs or government.

Also z.B.
Back to topic: Die Qualität der Minis ist ja eher mittelmäßig. Da wundert es doch wirklich, warum man nicht mit seinem Zugpferd „MDF Gelände“ die Attraktivität steigert. Zumal KoD mit dem Na’Sain Gelände das passende Set im Programm hat.
