Natal Native Horse for the 1879 Zulu War. These were native Africans serving the British forces as auxiliary mounted infantry. They provided valuable service throughout the campaign, except at Rorke’s Drift, but they can certainly be forgiven for that after what they went through at Isandlwana (where they fought bravely and later helped many British soldiers escape). Coming soon.

Mongols have received a very warm response so they are getting more models in 2020. Here are sneak previews — mongol unarmoured horsemen with light lances, medium-armoured horsemen with same, then the dollies for the foot. The foot will be either Chinese or Korean levies (like those used in the invasions of Japan) or as crew for trebuchets. Because the foot will be Yuan period Chinese and Koreans, we will then expand those to cover early Ming and Koryo Korea as well.
