Ordonnance French — here are the companie commanders. Coming soon will be the first batch — gendarmes, dismounted gendarmes, companie commanders, high command, a trumpeter, ordonnance archers, francs archers, and crossbows. Wave 2 will have guns, handgunners and infantry with polearms.

Gremlin mercenaries are shorter in stature than humans but very warlike. They wear heavy armour and fight with scimitars or spears, but they are best known for their massed archery, shooting arrows tipped with poison. The gremlins serving the armies of Raumm, Earl of Hell, are usually referred to as GOR, Gremlins of Raumm, and are one of Raumm’s thirty legions. The Raumm, Earl of Hell range continues to develop.

Another preview of the later 15th century French Ordonnance range. While the Wars of the Roses were going on in England, plenty of conflict was to be found on the continent as well, and the old English/French rivalry flared up occasionally too.

Here we are previewing another set from the range — high commanders. These would be high ranking nobility such as dukes or counts, or even the king himself. Louis XI commanded in person at the Battle of Montlhery, for example. The first wave of this range is coming soon.
