The Nazgûl™

If you serve the Dark Lord Sauron, you’ll be pleased to know that the Black Riders are about to make their return! All nine of the named Ringwraiths will be available in resin or metal, both on foot and mounted, in three different sets based upon their origins or fell deeds. Ringwraiths of Angmar™

First up are the three Nazgûl most responsible for devastating the northern kingdom of Men – including their leader, the Witch-king. Comprising the Dwimmerlaik, the Tainted and, of course, the lord of the Nazgûl himself, these mighty servants of Sauron are among the most feared of all their kind.

Ringwraiths™ of the Fallen Kingdoms

When Sauron established his domain in Mordor, many of the eastern kingdoms fell in league with him after their rulers were corrupted by the Rings of Power that they were gifted. The Ringwraiths of the Fallen Realms represent what became of those nefarious kings, and this set includes Khamûl the Easterling, the Betrayer and the Knight of Umbar.

Ringwraiths™ of the Lost Kingdoms

Many of the kingdoms of men that existed before the coming of Sauron have long since been forgotten, though their former rulers still serve the Dark Lord as Ringwraiths. These spectral lords are known as the Undying, Shadowlord, and the Dark Marshall.

These three Ringwraith sets will be available to pre-order late October, so you won’t have long to wait. For now, let’s take a look at those who the Nazgûl hunted so relentlessly…

The Ringbearers

After Isildur severed Sauron’s finger to wrest the One Ring from the Dark Lord’s grasp, there have been four denizens of Middle-earth who famously wore the One Ring – Isildur himself, Gollum, Bilbo Baggins and Frodo Baggins.** Unlike Sauron, its one true master, those who wore the One Ring became invisible.*** As anyone who has played with or against the Fellowship of the Ring will know, it’s possible for a Ringbearer to do just that in the game! Of course, when a model turns invisible, it would be handy to be able to represent it on the battlefield, which is where the Ringbearers set comes in…

This pack of five miniatures includes Isildur, Gollum, a young Bilbo Baggins (in his role as Master Burglar), an old Bilbo Baggins (depicting him on his 111th birthday) and Frodo Baggins, all cast in clear resin. They are otherwise exact copies of their standard models, making them perfect replacements for when they put the One Ring on during the game!

The Ringbearers set was first seen at the NOVA Open 2019, but will also be available alongside our other event exclusives at any of the shows that Games Workshop either host or attend. Alternatively, anyone visiting Warhammer World will be able to pick up the Ringbearers set in-store while stocks last.

Middle Earth ist unter anderem bei unserem Partner Taschengelddieb erhältlich.
