We’ve also done an Upgrade Pack for Suburban Office 1 (formerly Urban Office). It turns the downstairs into a travel agents, ‚Paradiso Travel Club‘, and the upstairs into a computer store, ‚Mnemonic Electronics‘.
This Upgrade Pack adds 4 external signs, a advertisement strip across the balcony, interior walls with advert screens, and 9 computers.

Suburban Office 2 is pre-painted MDF building, Designed For Infinity. The building in ‚L‘-shaped, with a little balcony upstairs that has separate access via a staircase, making these two individual businesses operating out the same office block.
The building is clean looking, but add the ‚Suburban Office 2 – Upgrade Pack‘ to it gives it highly detailed interiors. It transforms the downstairs into ‚Lotus Fashion‘, a small clothing shop with changing rooms and shelving. The upstairs becomes ‚Red Oni Sake‘ for all your sake and alcohol needs. The Upgrade pack also comes with 4 signs to place on the building.
