Guild Ball: Verzögerung bei den Navigatoren

Durch den im September stattgefunden Taifun Mangkhut verzögert sich bei Steamforged Games die Auslieferung der Navigatoren Gilde für Guild Ball.

There is no easy way to announce this, but we have some bad news. For those of you who have been keeping an eye on world events, in September Typhoon Mangkhut devastated southern China, causing incredible devastation and tragic loss of property and life. The boat that was carrying our container of the Navigator’s Guild was badly affected by the typhoon as you can see from the photos below:

We’ve been in constant contact with our production partners, trying to ensure that the damaged stock is replaced and delivered in a timely manner, yet we must respect that the human tragedies associated with these events have a huge impact on the supply chain.

We have the following updates regarding the Navigator’s Guild:

United Kingdom, Europe & Rest of World 

• The shipping container is due to arrive into the UK port on November 21st.
• We allow a week for the container to make its way through customs and arrive at our UK Warehouse. (est. November 28th)
• As soon as the Navigator’s Guild arrive we endeavour to begin sending the packages distribution & retail partners and direct to customers.

North America

• The shipping container is due to arrive into the US port on December 3rd.
• We allow a week for the container to make its way through customs and arrive at our US Warehouse. (est. December 10th)
• As soon as the Navigator’s Guild arrive we endeavour to begin sending the packages distribution & retail partners and direct to customers.
• We expect to have packages with customers before Christmas.

Obviously, this is less than ideal, but we are also extremely appreciative of the best efforts of our Chinese partners during this difficult time.

Finally, to those of you attending SteamCon UK the Navigator’s Guild will not be on sale for early release.
