Thousand Sons Legion Osiron Pattern Contemptor Dreadnought – 46,00 GBP
For many decades, the arts by which the powers of a psyker could be maintained medically into the half-life of Dreadnought sarcophagus internment eluded the Thousand Sons, just as it had many others of the Legiones Astartes who attempted the task. It was not until the mind of Magnus itself was focused on the issue, which he saw as part of the wider Librarius Project to establish firmly the place of the psyker within the Legiones Astartes, that a solution, albeit a difficult one, was created.
The use of a crowning psychometric barrier lattice for the living brain of the mortally wounded psyker was his answer, a device he named the ‘Osiron’. Difficult to construct and using principles few even among the Imperium’s foremost psi-arcanists understood, the Thousand Sons immediately began fitting it to the highly adaptable Contemptor Dreadnought chassis in their possession with startlingly powerful results.
The perfect Elite choice for a Thousand Sons Legion army, the Osiron Pattern Contemptor Dreadnought retains the options available to other Contemptor Dreadnoughts while adding a psychic flourish to its capable offensive repertoire. The model comes armed with a force blade which is attached to an arm that can be modelled on the left or right of the Dreadnought – the other arm can be chosen from any Contemptor Dreadnought arm option, available separately.
There are several posing options – the kit is supplied with straight and bent feet, meaning either foot can be posed forward, and the included combi-bolter and flamer can be optionally mounted on the arm featuring the force blade. Befitting its status as a psychically-gifted Dreadnought, the model is covered in script and iconography representing the Thousand Sons – winged scarabs and suns on the shoulders and chest.
Rules for the Osiron Pattern Contemptor Dreadnought can be found in The Horus Heresy Book Seven: Inferno.
This resin kit comes as 29 components, and is supplied with a 60mm round base.

Iron Hills Chariot – Coming Soon to Middle-earth
At the forefront of Dain Ironfoot’s army ride the Iron Hills Chariots. Intent on nothing less than the total destruction of their foes, they smash through shieldwalls and cleave apart those unfortunate enough to find themselves in the path of their bladed wheels.
Each mighty chariot is pulled along by six rams and crewed by four highly skilled Iron Hills Dwarves, one of whom fires the rapid fire bolt thrower.
Fans of The Hobbit™: Strategy Battle Game should keep their eyes peeled over the next few weeks for the arrival of the most impressive chariot in Middle-earth™, and each one comes with either a driver or the option of an Iron Hills Captain to command it.
For more information about the brand new Iron Hills Chariot, be sure to pick up your copy of May’s White Dwarf!
