Space Wolves Legion Contemptor Dreadnought – 35,00 GBP

The Contemptor Dreadnoughts of the Legiones Astartes enabled the mortally injured warriors interred within them to continue to serve their Legions during the Great Crusade, and many fought at the forefront of some of the bloodiest and fiercest battles of the Horus Heresy. A large number were destroyed during those dark times, but some survived and are still in service in the Space Marine Chapters and Chaos Space Marine warbands of the 41st Millennium. This Contemptor Dreadnought bears the barbaric trophies and ritualistic sigils of the Space Wolves Legion.

A pelt-clad, stomping hulk of a machine, the Space Wolves Legion Contemptor Dreadnought is an Elite choice for a Space Wolves Legion army. Covered in Space Wolves iconography, with sculpted wolf’s heads, runes and jewels adorning its frame. There are two pairs of feet supplied – one pair straight, the other bent, meaning you can post this model either standing up straight or striding forward dynamically.

Please note that the Contemptor Dreadnought arms pictured are not supplied with the kit – the kit is compatible with all Contemptor Dreadnought arm options, which are available separately.

Rules for the Space Wolves Legion Contemptor Dreadnought can be found in The Horus Heresy – Legiones Astartes: Age of Darkness Army List.

This resin kit comes as 18 components, and is is supplied with a 60mm round base.

Thranduil, King Of The Woodland Realm On Elk – 40,00 GBP

The ruler of Mirkwood, Thranduil is a wise but proud king who cares little for those beyond his own borders. Journeying to Erebor to reclaim the white gems of Lasgalen that dwell within the mountain, gems that Thranduil desires above all else in order to remember his late wife, when his attempt to barter the Arkenstone™ for the return of these gems fails, Thranduil prepares to launch an assault upon Erebor. However, the arrival of Azog’s armies cuts short the feud between Elves and Dwarves, and Thranduil must now prepare for a battle he did not expect. Riding his mighty Elk into battle, the Elvenking’s skill with a blade is unmatched within his own realm, as countless Orcs would discover at The Battle of the Five Armies.

A swordsman of consummate skill, Thranduil is one of the mightiest heroes available, capable of hacking down countless enemies with his Elven blades. This resin model, which comes in a presentation box as part of The Hobbit: Motion Picture Trilogy™ Character Series, is a fantastically detailed rendition of Thranduil, King of the Woodland Realm charging into battle atop a powerful war Elk, blade held aloft. Not only does this model feature intricate details – the armour, hair and cloak of Thranduil as well as the mane of the Elk are picked out elegantly – but it features a lavishly-sculpted scenic base, depicting a broken archway and pillars with a slain enemy lying prone. The scenic base comes apart, and Thranduil can be lifted out on his own gaming base.

Rules for Thranduil can be found in The Hobbit: Motion Picture Trilogy™: There And Back Again.

This resin kit comes as 19 components, and is supplied with a 50mm round base and a 105x70mm oval scenic base.
