Warlord Games haben für Bolt Action neue „Begleit Stug Riders“ in ihrem Shop.
As Stugs lacked a turret they could prove very vulnerable to enemy tank-hunting squads, so at Kursk, they were assigned Begleit (‚bodyguard‘) infantry to ride on their rear decks.
The Begleit would disembark to clean out enemy infantry positions and keep tank hunters at bay, leaving the Stugs free to concentrate their fire on more valuable targets.
These 5 metal models have had a lot of detail and thought added to them & will fit on most German armoured vehicles, really helping you theme your force for those wintery battlefields.

Schick, was mir nur leider auffällt das das Stug im Vergleich zu den Figuren zu klein ist. Denke mal das ein 1:48 Stug besser passen würde. Ansonsten sehr stimmungsvoll
Der Panzer III war nur 5,5 Meter lang und eigentlich recht kompakt. Das passt schon so.
Das würde dann heißen eine der Minis ist fast 2 Meter groß. Faceppalm
Ich bin da nicht mehr auf dem laufenden, aber wenn der Stug schon älter ist, dann ist der zu klein für 28mm. Die Ersten Bolt Action Fahrzeuge waren nämlich in einem zu kleinen Maßstab. Bei neueren sieht das wieder anders die passen besser.
Die Wanne des Stug III misst ziemlich genau 5,40m, in 1:56 sind das 96,4mm und das stimmt so mit dem Warlord Plastik Stug überein. Wobei ich bei Warlord nicht ausschliessen will, dass die Figuren durchaus etwas zu gross für 1:56 sein könnten.
Warlord ist zumindest näher an 1:56 dran als an 1:48, hier kann zB auch ein Dust Modell zum vergleich dienen, die sind ziemlich genau bei 1:48.
1:48 ist zu groß.
Kann sein dass das Stug Modell schon älter ist. Die älteren sind zu klein für den Maßstab. Hinzu kommt das die Modelle nicht gerade Truescale sind.
Das ist schon ein Plastik Modell, ergo ist es nicht so alt und Plastik ist nicht so Hitzeanfällig wie Resin Modelle.
Bei solchen Bildern muss ich mich immer wieder fragen wie Warlord/Italeri auf die Idee gekommen ist, die Laufrollen so extrem zu vereinfachen, gut dass dem Kit die Schürzen beiliegen…
