What do all the riddles he scatters around on the location of his crimes mean? Does his cane hide a weapon? Is he insane like The Joker or Two-Face, or does he suffer from a more insidious form of perversity? Is he really up to the intellectual superiority he claims to have? Did he really uncover Batman’s secret identity? And why doesn’t he dare to trade that information? Can he really make amends and switch to the Heroes‘ side?

But mostly, why did he choose the question mark as his emblem?
