Firedragon: Geländebau Kickstarter

Firedragon Games haben einen Kickstarter begonnen um ihre vorgestanzten Polystyrolplatten schneller und in größeren Mengen herzustellen.

We are making realistically textured blue foam (Styrofoam) sheets so you can build your own tabletop wargames and RPG scenery.
We love to make scenery. Making your own scenery for wargames, RPGs or just to display your lovingly painted miniatures is fun and rewarding. When you make your own scenery you can custom fit it to your games and create something that is unique.
Our aim is to provide  a set of tools and materials that give you the freedom to make scenery without having to do the bits that can be tedious and time consuming. We don’t all have the time to be able to make the scenery we want, but with our materials, a few simple skills and some imagination anyone can make great looking custom scenery.
This Kickstarter campaign is to fund the first part of this plan which is to make the plates and build a press to stamp larger sheets of blue foam.

Blue foam is an ideal construction material for wargames scenery. It is lightweight, easy to cut, sand and paint.
We are offering 280mm x 280mm x 10mm sheets, stamped on both sides with a realistic texture that resembles stone blocks.
The sheets can be used for walls and a wide range of buildings, limited only by your imagination! Fortifications, castles, keeps, hovels, merchants‘ houses, coaching inns, city walls and dungeon walls are all exciting possibilities with these larger sheets of blue foam.
We do the tricky bit so you can do the fun bit! Our building materials and detailed components have been designed to reduce the fiddly and time consuming parts of a build so that with simple construction and painting techniques you can produce a piece of scenery with the ‚wow‘ factor.
